JOBLESS BUT NOT HOPELESS

Dear Blog viewers,

Try not to become a man of success but rather

try to become a man of value. Quotations on Integrity

by Albert Einstein. Success definitely kisses the feet of

those who are really passionate and dedicated towards

their assigned goal. It is obligatory for success to give

its sweet taste to the real deserving person who does

not believe in day dream but in absolute action. There

are different kinds of actions which may be ethical or

unethical, humiliating or respectable. Everybody is

earning money but it is important how one is earning.

What is the medium of earning? Money may offer

wide variety of material pleasure but it cannot always

fetch peace and respect. It is a moral crime to sell the

dignity at the cost of money. Money may work certain

extent of life for accomplishing desires but it cannot be

the sole priority of life. It is important to consider the job which considers you as a priority

not as a mere option. It is a disaster to carry on the career where employer can terminate

you without any further notice but you cannot complain as they are employer. It is a snub

to be killed in each and every moment even being alive. There is no need of such kind of job

which is full of humiliation and mental disruption as well as moral distraction. It is really

amazing to stick to heart not mental persuasion. Winners dont wait for chances, they take

them. So i did quit my job which bestowed with me so many things but failed to give me the

mental satisfaction and did not permit to stay me with pride and mental virginity. I was

successful in Meyer organics due to hard work and honesty. It gave me handsome salary

but could not provide me the mental justice. I started working really very hard and

working according to the directions provided by the company which made me successful.But it is a matter of regret that my hard work was not recognized absolutely as it should

have been. The biggest hindrance was the nature of the duty and high risks of travelling.

Customer relationship management is important but it should not be at the price of ones

self-esteem and morality. Inspite of being attached to a MNC ,but there was mere respect

and sense of self satisfaction. So it is better to be jobless than to be mentally raped each and

every moment which snatches away the mental tranquility. It may or may not be wise to

take such decisions while having so much money to be repaid to bank for educational loan.

But it is a high risk taken by my life to challenge myself once again and time has

approached to test myself. I am prepared to compete with myself judiciously. It is not only

a shock to my superiors where i was working but a calamity for my immediate boss. They

persuaded me like anything to get back but i was absolutely determined in my predestinedstrategy. Let me utilize best resources and talents of myself at max for two years. I believe

in actions not in the word wars. It is true that i kicked out the lucrative salary but have

started the mission of accomplishing the best and last job hunting in my life. It is the high

time not to look back but to move ahead in the most adventurous destinations of my life.

Sunshine may be late but sunset is sure.

Let me challenge my destiny once again.

HABITS DESTINE THE DESTINATIONS

The basic difference between a failed person and a successful one is the cultivation of good and

bad habits. Everyone has specific some sorts of habits which have been regularised since a long

time. But after a long period of time, those habits become as usual activity of a person but he

fails to understand that it was only built

up by himself or herself. A new habit

becomes the as usual habit of a person

after the systematic and scientific

practices. So everybody has got the

specific objectives in life but may not the

stagnate one. But we have unlimited

wants and limited resources. If one goal

is accomplished, then another goal

comes and stands in front of us. So a

wise person holds those targets of life as

per the priority. Thus each goal is

accompanied by specific regular

activities. Those activities may be new

and difficult one but it becomes a tiny

one in front of the deadline. These are

basically mentality and deapth of the necessity. One can achieve it if one has the strong passion

and burning desires to find the destination. So it is rightly told that Just do it! First you makeyour habits and then your habits make you! Lucas Remmerswaal, The A-Z of 13 Habits .So

we should start beginning whatever we desire to do, it may be good or bad. It depends on our

decision and what we want to do. We must take initiatives to be habituated with undertaken

new habits to knock the door of the ambition. We become what we repeatedly do. Sean

Covey, The 7 Habits Of Highly Effective Teens. It is absolutely true that we become what we

repeatedly do.Repetation of an activity in a regular mode is called a habit. If we make

irregularities in our actitivity,it cannot be converted in to habit. "We are what we repeatedly

do. Excellence then, is not an act, but habit.Aristotle.Lets know how to break up bad habits and

form good habits as well as how to form next new habits to move ahead in life without

remaining complacent with one mission. So it is rightly stated that "A nail is driven out by

another nail. Habit is overcome by habit."Desiderius Erasmus. There are so many people

surrounded by so many virtues and evils. If we would like to delete a wrong habit one, we have

to take up a good habit to nail out the wrong one .The most unique aspect of my blogging is

about sharing my own experiences and wisdom.Once upon a time in my very early school days,i

was associated with worst friend circles and involved with so many wrong activities. I had to

pay the price of demotion in my studies and deprived of getting first division only due to the

lack of seven marks.Every body was shocked at my home.Then i changed my school and study

place. The most important fact is changing my persisting regular activities. Though it took some

months to recover but i succeeded in my determination by nailing the bad habits with theacquisition of good virtues. Let me share another experience about losing my blogging since a

long time. My asbm room mate, room no 1030 and Hostel no 10 reminded my blogging while

just having his kind attention on my blog out of his busy schedule. He is none other than Mr,

Dr.Love guru Niel.I had really procrastinated my one of the best .When i started blogging, it

became a titanic issue and took much time to draft an article. But i am sure that it is going to

very smooth. There was a time while i was not good enough in writing. But only blogging

helped me to reshape my writing skills. So my desire of being a good writer became successful

only by adopting good habits like blogging. So this is how habit habituates the destination of

life. Let me give another example of Dr..Niel.Dr.Niel was having so much expertise in IT. He was

an instructor of computer classes. He achieved the intelligence and knowledge in IT after his

spontaneous and regular practice in the area of his destination.I am confident that he hashaving more skills in IT than our so called IT Profs in ASBM. The most important fact of Dr.Niel is

his habit of finding out so many tricks on love management. He has been a perfect love

manager as per his regular research on different aspects of love.I can throw a challenge that my

best room mate ever seen in my hostel life can publish book on love and romance

management. His regular invention has made him an efficient master.This called the habit of

creating destination. It is last but not least example. It is my pleasure to introduce Mr.Nihar

Ranjan Mohanty, My best friend. He is the most perfect example for this article. When we

joined Indian Institute of Mass Ccommunication,Dhenkanal, Bhubaneswar, we are instructed

not only to speak in English only but also to have so many assignments .English was taken as

first language in IIMC, Dhenkanal. Mr. Mohanty was not that much fluency in English but hetook the initiatives of having practice in hostel. He formed a group named as Finishing School in

hostel and electrified enthusiasm among our group to have practice for GD,PI and many more

activities which were still dancing in my memory. He not only limited in having practice in group

but also used have practice in night 12 am in top floor of our hostel. Everybody was astonished

after few months of his practice and fluency in English. That was outstanding experience of my

life. So it is true that habits habituate destinations.

So friends, please take care of our habits and your habits will take care of your destiny.

BE THE BEST FRIEND OF SELF

Dear friends,

A Friend in need is a friend indeed. Friendship makesprosperity more shining and lessens adversity by dividing and

sharing it. But it is found that friends are making the prosperity

more worst and doubling the adversity by being selfish during

difficulties. It is really crucial to have a friend in every bodyslife. Human being is having full of emotions and thoughts

which need to be shared and cared properly. But one needs tohave a friend who understands each and everything of his

friend. Because what ever cosmopolitan we may be..Still

parents and family members have failed to understand useffectively. It is observed that very few parents have

understood their childrens.If we turn over the pages of

mythology.we can get the example of best friends is krushna

and sudama.Any one can understand from krushna and sudama

about the reality of the best friendship. But the question arises,

is there such kind of relationship exists right now? I think not atall for the present time. I always love to share my own experience with my blog viewers to give

the reality to my article..Because anything which comes from our heart can reach to every bodysheart. I used to believe that best friends are the part and parcels of our life but it has been

contradicted in many circumstances. It is clear from my experience that we are the best friend of

our self.It may not be inferred to all bonds of relationship but from reality point of view, nobody is our friend, we are only friend and best friend of our self. The world has been

materialized. Every body believes in materialistic attitude. Emotion is less but imagination of

getting more from friends are sky kissing.According to the opinion of a great person oho God

save me from my friends, I will take care of my enemies.Friends are like gun, you dont knowwhen they will shoot you. Let me share my experience regarding my friends. While I was in my

graduation, I was passing through a golden era of my life. I was very good in study as well as co-

curricular activities. But the day I got a friend who turned in to my girl friend in later on becamethe real demon of my growth and development. She left me after exploiting me as her level best.

There are also so many incidents which would be a novel of my life regarding my friendship and

love .I can at least mention one thing that if she had been my best friend and loved one, shewould not have done such pretention with me. Some people may not accept this logic but they

will realize the essence of this matter later on. I will be happy to mention the most recent

experience of accident not the incident regarding a friend who misbehaved with me like

anything. One of my very close friends had come to her home after long time from Hyderabad.She wished to meet with us all in our town and we also met with her. But we had decided to have

tour to the most beautiful place of our town. But unfortunately my AFM changed his plan and

started working with me. So I could not get time to spare with my friends and I just had got 15

minutes to be with them even after my busy schedule. As I was feeling guilty for not beinginvolved with them.so after completing my official task, I went to meet with her at her home

but the way she misbehaved with meI could not sleep that night. If she had been my good

friend, she would not have behaved like that. If I start narrating all the experience, it would be abook. So it is better to give enough time to our self than the so called best friends. We need to

analyze our self properly than what friends are eating and wearing. We can be the best critic of

self. Most of the time we ask decisions from our friends but they give decisions as per we want.There is nothing great in it. Some group of friends are there to give ideas for our failure as the

earliest. But inspite of chatting and gossiping if we spend time for our self development, we will

reach in a great height of our life. So be the best of the self..and be the best friend of the self.

LIFE@AHEMEDABAD

Dear friends,

It was rally a wonderful experience of having a trip to the soil of the Mahatma Gandhi and the

city of the chief minister Norendra Modi. Though my plan was not successful but got a golden

opportunity to have a look on the city. It was really a wonderful city which is ahead of so manyso called metros of India interms of education, nonviolence, industrialization, honesty, no

cheating as well as theft cases. Because this city is still having the impact of Mahatma Gandhi inthe mental horizon of the common people of the Gujarat. Let me start my tour from my initial

journey from Khurda to Ahemedabad junction. It is true that I was absolutely nervous for such along distance new journey. My friend Durga injected confidence within me before starting my

journey from the khurda station. By the way of my journey, I got my co-passenger surjit and got

so much idea regarding the predestined city as well as regarding the ideas of how to publicize myblog. It was really great pleasure to be associated with him in the long journey. I reached in

Ahemedabad in the morning of the 9th

Nov; 2011.I was completely surprised and frightened to

see the new location which was beyond my imagination. Though it was difficult to get the

address of the Troyikka pharmaceuticals ltd office but after a bit enquiry I reached there.Wewere introduced with each other and interacted about the company and packages. We were

instructed to get into the office premises for the document verifications and appearing for thefinal interview. My final interview was resumed but I cold not tackle with absoluteconfidence.But I came to know another tragedy that an ultimate guy was selected but I was not

informed regarding the fact. I was kept in waiting for the next day but I got some good friends in

hotel. It was nice evening at adi and we went to a mela where small kids were encouraged a lot

regarding the co-curricular activities. The small kids were really fantastic in their approach andattitude towards doing the new things. But I reached at hotel and got some Oriya guys and was

quite excited to get them together but it was a bitter experience. The chap was very

overconfident and behaved with me as if he is the ceo of any company. He was sent to interviewvenue in the substitution with me. I was really upset while knowing the tragedy created by the

higher authorities of the company. The next day I visited to the head office for the decisions

taken by the management. But I was really shocked with the decisions given by them. Though Iwas depressed but I had got good friend like jaswant. It is my privileged to mention the name ofmy best friend who has been a guiding force for me since the inception of the ASBM days.

Actually I was instructed by the zonal manager to get back to office but they denied for the final

recruitment. I was absolutely frustrated what to do and how to get back odisha as I wascompletely new for the city. But my best friend none other than NIHAR who saved me also in

that city. I felt confident while nihar introduced his Ahmadabad friend amit.Though I could not

get the job but I got nice person like amit who helped me like anything. I am really grateful tohim forever. Then I tried to search my class mates in the gandhian city. But my friend niel(my

room mate) informed me about my PGIB friend Manoj.Manoj is really a fantastic and helpful

guy who picked me from the salt lake. I was really impressed with the help of manoj and his two

dadajis.They were really great. I got my ticket in tatkal on 10th

nov, 2011 from adi to hwrh.EvenI got the auto driver who was very much nice person. My train pourabandar to Howrah express

reached at 11pm.I got into the train and assisted by one Gujarati who was another nice character

in my story of life@ahemedabad. As my ticket was on tatkal waiting list,I had no option to seat

or sleep but the uncle offer his seat for meit was really a great support from his end till thehowrah.He was absolutely a kindhearted person. At last I spent my one day staying at jays

residence and I talked with full heart with my friend after a long time. Though my trip was

having bitter experiences, but it was a venture and great experience of my life.

Thanks to all my dear and near ones for their ample support during the staying at Ahmadabad.

It is well said that jack of all trade is master of

none. Some of the egoistic persons orprofessionals think that as if they know everythings of the every dynamism of business, society,economies of country, Human resourcemanagement, marketing management, Training

and Development, Operation and many moreaspects of the business. Some of the businesstycoons of our country proclaim themselves as ifthey are the store house of all the growth andsustainable development strategy of the

organization. Every corporates main theme of thebusiness is the customer who is the king in themarket place. This is true but significant truth is

the employee satisfaction. It is important thatcustomers should be given maximum priority butit does not mean at the cost of the employee exploitation. There are so many organizations in our countrythat creates their own policy instead of sticking to the labour acts. Standard operating procedures are

prepared for Human Resource Management for the benefits of the organization at the cost of avoiding theproper leave policy, salary structure, employee welfare and in time release of salary as well ascompulsory overtime duty. Even this policy has been applicable to all the departments for the maximum

benefit of the organization.Unethics has been a prime business of the hour. There are so manyorganizations who are utilizing unethical business procedures to optimize the short term profits but they

are forgetting long term sustainability in the world of corporations. Even it is a matter of the regret that somany business analysts are forgetting the importance of the quality control. But they shout a lot in thecorroborate meetings that they are having one quality for the entire group of the customers in the world.But the truth is using expired reagents for the operation. Where so many times it is seen that huge

difference in the result among the other competitors.Stingent actions is taken for the fault of theemployees, franchisees but no action is taken against so called management. My blog readers will besurprised that management is none other than one person in a reputed limited company.Inspite of havinggood amount employees, managers, so many departments, complexed organizational structures butcentralization is adopted since the inception. It is a matter of surprise that every rule is changed to exploitemployees but authorities are not given in the hand of the highly paid managers. Even general managers

decisions are abused in so many times as jack of all trade is master of none.Even it is a truth that anundergraduate become one of the board of members without understanding the abc of the operation.Leading corporaions like Wal-Mart and Nike have paid huge price for employee exploitation in thedistanced past. We must live in the present but should not forget about past. It is important to learn fromthe past incidents taken place with different organizations and better steps need to be taken in to

considerations. Personal ego must not be there as every employee; subordinates are the assets for the

organizations. Nepotism must not be there in a leading organization for the continuous and consistentgrowth. Profit cans not the only motto rather so many aspects should be understood and analyzed for

being a world leader and maintaining the brand name of the organization. Spending crores of rupees inadvertisement does not have any value without satisfying existing customers. Every organization grabesgreater amount of the present customers than the new customers. Customer relationship managementshould be applied for the profitability of the organization. But the ego of I know and I am only one store

house knowledge should be minimized. No body is perfect even having one competencies but the ceosthinking them as if Mr. Perfect in every dynamics is a stupid acknowledgement.So dear blog viewers, it may seem like a fiction but it is a truth. If you are an entrepreneur, be careful

before loosing your business as the earliest.

LOST RELATIONSHIP: INEFFICIENT TIME MANAGEMENT

AND PASSION OF PRESENTATION

Dear Blog viewers,

It takes 5 minutes to break the relationship but it takes

many years to build up the relationship. It is really agreat mistake on my part to bring a great

misunderstanding to my relationship of five years with

my most understanding sister. It was 21

st

September2011 which was one of the most important and

respectable day of my life. I and my most respectable

sister who has been a great support till now for me

were invited to attend a seminar on Managementsystem in an organization. It was really a thrilling and

spectacular day in my life. I could not believe myself

as I was the chief guest of the day. There was also a

big tragedy that we had been informed to participateon the topic of organizational structure. But we had to

deliver on management system in an organization. The

system was absolutely fantastic as students hadpresented their talk on the topic followed by a

question answer session. One of the students asked me about the definition of the organization.

But I could not give the exact answer on the definitions and some of the students were notsatisfied with my answer including a faculty. But later on I delivered the best talk on that day

with the feedback on the students performance. Mean while I had forgotten that one of the guest

were left to speak. But I had already consumed one hour at the cost of the most valuable timeshared by my sweet sister but it is absolutely true that I feel insulted for committing mistake of

not completing my talk in time and hurting the chief speaker of the day. But at the time of the

delivering my talk, I had so much engrossed on the topic that even I had forgotten

myself.Obiviously it would hurt the person who had given me the opportunity to participate. Forthe first time I hurt some one without having any intention who is always respectable and

deserves appreciation for considering me as her younger brother. It is really sad that I was so

much crazy to speak that I kept on delivering speech approximately one or more than an hour. I

had lost myself on that day. When I realized that I had crossed my time limitation, the seminarwas over. Neither students nor college authority did instruct me anything regarding the timing

while delivering talk on my presentation predict as if they were enjoying with full heart. I am not

able to forgive myself for my inefficient time management on that day. I am obliviouslyadmitting that I am the culprit to give the pain to my co-speaker but it is true from my bottom of

my heart that I have done it unknowly not knowingly. I hope that my blog viewers atleast would

forgive for my mistake. The day my didi denied to talk, meet and pick up my call, I had decidednot to attend any events or participate on any presentation but I could not stick to my

commitment for my crazy passion of delivering speech and participating on all those events. I

will never forget to manage my time efficiently as I have already lost my relationship at the cost

of passion to speak. But one thing has been clear from the mistake that how much I ampassionate about the orating.

Dear friends, but I am still not able to forgive myself for committing such mistake for passionand with my sister who used to love my like anything and providing me mental support in each

and every moment. She is non-other than didi as I am not daring to mention her name without

her prior permission to do so. Though she or all my blog readers would not forgive me but god

may forgive me as he knows very well that the mistake was done without any preplan or anyworst intention.

ABSENCE: THE MATTER OF REALIZATION

Life is full of relationship. Every body is in chain of

relationship. Relationship is a matter of truth, trust and

transparency. No body likes to be in relation with some

one who dose not respect the feelings and emotions of

the beloved one. Though the world has been full of

materialism but true relationship is above the give andtake relationship.Ralization comes in the passage of

experience and exchange of the thought and internal

feelings. The most important objective of this blog is to

remind the viewers about how we realize the worth of

everything in the absence of it. I must explain it with

all the practical experience of myself as well as of my

friends and relatives. In the presence of our best

friends, we fail to understand and uncertain conflict

and understanding wash away the friendship which

used to be considered as unbreakable as well as unbeatable and stronger than the destruction image of the

Tsunami. But their absence in our life really makes us understand their value and affection towards us.

Let me start my own experience in love and friendship. My loved one was rosy. She was my best

friend.Our friendship was much more than the love but I cant say like that because friendship itself is the

flow of love and affections. During the period of our relationship, we used to carry on so many

misunderstandings but it used to be solved. We used to share so many valuable things but now I am

realizing the importance of our friendship and love. But it is a matter of the regret that an uncertain storm

came in to our relationship.The uncertain storm is non-other than the boy friend and best friend of my girl

friend and best friend. It was really a great turning point of my life as I understood later on of my broken

and destroyed relationship with me . I am not sure what her mental status towards me is as she is in a new

fantastic relationship but I do miss her and her so many guidance. I would like to mention a small but

beautiful example.Durig our relationship, she used to guide me preparing the luggages before going toappear entrance examinations as well as journey for picnics and other places. She used to guide me in

taking all the important necessary things with me for the journey. It is a unique experience of my life.

Even till the day, I feel her absence while start long journey and her support. During her presence, I used

to feel bit bad about her all those advices. It is really the fact that her absence in my life has enhanced her

importance and her necessity and importance. Her friendship has made me realized her worth in her

absence. This is a glance of my relationship though there are so many events during my romantic life. The

next best example is my tenure in North Hostel, Balasore.Gobinda was my room mate but malay,

presently junior scientist used to spend a lot of time in my room. During my graduation second year and

third year, I was so much engrossed in the relationship with rosy that I was far away from the reality and

practicality of life. Though gobinda and Malay were junior to me but they had tried their best to bring me

to pragmatic world but I had not listened to them but now gobinda is in Balasore and Malay is in Kolkata

and I am in Mumbai. We are far away from each other but I miss them and realize their absence in my

life. Last but the least example is my corporate life @ Thyrocare Technologies Limited,

Navimumbai.Basically my KRA was project management and data management. Though I am no more in

that organization but my boss and team mates are realizing my absence in the data management and

project management though during my staying in that organisaton,my boss was very much harsh towards

me. It is true that absence is only the matter of realization and remembering the dignity of some one.

So, dont neglect your present relationship or present work. Enjoy it with full spirit and enthusiasm.

It is highly required to rectify our mistakes.Correction does much, but encouragement does more.

remember a topic in my +2 English book that is Long Distance Runner. It was all about the secrets of

Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar.He was under the continuous training of his trainer. His trainer was

never scolding him while making mistakes. He was only encouraging sachin the way he was playing but

with affectionately his mentor was fine tuning the techniques. His guru was non other than Mr.Achrekar

whose happiness might be at max.If Achekar had not appreciated and encouraged for the sachins interest

of learning cricket, world would not have got a cricket live god. So we must appreciate the persons who

are trying to learn from us or whose destination of career or life is under our attitude and counseling as

appreciation dose not cost anything .We are poor to appreciate others but the greatest tragedy is that we

always consciously or subconsciously like to be appreciate and motivated.

suggestions because small time expenditure of us may decide the outstanding and prolific career of some one which

ultimately gives us the true satisfaction and peace of our efforts. Encouraged people achieve the best;

dominated people achieve second best; neglected people achieve the least. One of my favorite movie is

TARAZAMEEN PER.This movie is the real example of the miracle of appreciation and encouragement

which makes the impossible tasks as a possible one. That small guy was not able to perform well in

school and he demotivated and scolded by everybody even including the so called enlighted parents.

Neither parents nor teachers tried to understand but AMIR as an art teacher could able to find out the

reasons of the failure of the small kid in that film.AMIR really made that guy most successful with the

touch of the love and affections.So it is true that appreciation or praise works like a miracle.SO why

should we be poor to praise some one one for some good reasons. We all need the appreciation but we

must not forget same for others. I always love to cite example of my own experience and learnings in my

blog. It would have been day dream for me if my mentor satyajit sir would not have inspired and trained

me for achieving fluency in English though I belong to a regional medium. I have gone some of the B

schools for giving presentation, grabbing 1st prize in different debate competition in college days,

conducting work shops etc.I am really grateful and pour my heartiest gratitude on his behast for helping

me to create my identity. Even I could not forget my initial college days while I used to be insulted and

ignored for my weakness in English. But the most difficult tasks of speaking English become successful

only for the guidance and motivation of my mentor and psychological guru.Mr.Satyajit mishra.Every

body asks me why Dr is added before my name in my blog.The simple answer is my public speaking

skills as well as effective presentation skills which made me a doctor without any PhDs degree in English

or any other subjects. I have not forgotten the one of the saturday in my B-school that is Asian school of

business management,Bhubaneswar. our college used to conducted extra curricular activities in each

Saturday in 1st year. I participated in extempore competition on that day.I got a golden opportunity to

deliver a presentation for 45 minutes on how to enhance communication skills after the extempore. It was

a unbelievable achievement in my management career as I was quite reticent and silent in college in my

batch. This success helped me to earn a Dr degree in college as my delivery on that day was not lesser

than our professors in respective subjects. Only valuable time and guidance of my teacher made all those

things possible in my life.I dedicate all my achievements to my Sir satyajit mishra.So I always try my best

to appreciate my friends and collegues even for a small thing.

my life experience in the blog which makes the blog viewers more comfortable and

interested.When I was recruited by Thyrocare technologies limited, Navimumbai, I got

the offer to work in Mumbai itself, though I had applied for Marketing executive in

Odisha. It was absolutely first time for me to move from BBSR to one of the best metro

of India Mumbai. But I faced so many difficulties in office as well as in outside but in the

passage of time ,I started enhancing my mental strength to cope up the situations.Thre are

also so many bitter experiences in Mumbai which I dont like to mention.

The first step in becoming a more mentally strong racer is to lay the groundwork, the

foundation. Tell your mind going into the experience that anything can happen. Good and

bad, anything can happen. Roll with the change. Flat tires, sick teammates, lost maps, lost

people, broken gear, sticker bushes, hypothermiait can and will happen. If the mind is

prepared for anything, it will graciously accept anything that crosses its path. If the mind

is so focused on reaching the finish without adversity, the first glimpse of a wrong turnwill set it on a negative downspin taking you and your teammates with it.

Prepare your mind for everything. Keep it open to the experience. When adversity strikes,

stay calm and focus on solving the right problem. I can cite the best example is that my

hospitalization in Navi Mumbai. I was advised by the local doctor that I m suffering from

typhoid and I need immediate admission in hospital to get recovery.Infact, it is true that

my friends have helped me like anything but one of the most interesting thing is that I did

not inform this to parents after having a great analysis on the fact.The simple fact was

that they would loose their patience as I am the only son of my parents.Keeping a

positive mind will also help with your reactionary skills. You can't control what happens

on the course but, you can control how you react to every situation.Adventure racing

challenges your body and mind. Train your mind to teach the body. You will reach new

heights and go beyond your limits.

The price of success Dedication, hard work, and an unremitting devotion to the things

you want by strengthening the mental strength and right attitude.

MY JOURNEY FROM MUMBAI TO HOME

Dear Friends,

It was the morning of 3rd June at

6am.The destination was predestined from

Mumbai to my home. It was the maiden

journey from Mumbai to my home after

long time without accompany of any of

the friends. The feelings were quite lonely

and isolated. I was really scared how to

reach at my destination peacefully as myhealth condition was not at all good .I was

on leave to home as I was hospitalized for

typhoid. My ticket was done in tatkal by

my relative Mr.Subash.I am really grateful to him for his great support and co-operation.

My seat no was 30 in S-3.My cousin Mr.Subash took me to the platform and adjusted me

in my berth. I was in doubt how my co-passengers will be with whom I am going to

spend around 30 hours in Gitanjali Superfast train. My co-passengers were Mr.Achintya

Kumar Bhattacharya, Mr.Kiran Kumar Sen, Sr.EMY and Mr.Swapan.Each of them were

having different personalities and also quality but only three of them were having same

qualification. The similarities were in their profession i.e. ART. Three of them were the

prof.s of a reknowned art college of KOLKATA. But there were absolute differences in

their Personality traits.Mr.Achintya was quite simple but man of humor and he was the

most popular prof. for the students in his college according to the information of his

colleagues. I must take the name of one of the most calm and quite person.Mr.Kiran who

was the asst.prof of Govt.College of Art and Craft, Calcutta. He was the most attractive

personalities and a great gentle man. It was the last but not least Mr.Swapan who was the

strong disciplinarian and man of principle. One of the most peculiar thing about this

prof.was that his small bag which was small but full of all the necessary items. Another

thing was that he was unmarried till now. It is my great honour to describe about sister

EMY.She was getting back from Australia to Rourkela, odisha where her parents were

staying. She was talking in English. She was working in Australia as a sister in an

Australian church but after four years she was getting back to home. This is all about

their descriptions and I dont need to give any descriptions about myself. So I must start

describing all the interesting issues during my journey. When I entered to my berth and

before keeping my luggage in proper place, I saw that one lady was putting her luggage

and talking in English. I was surprised because for the first time I confessed a passenger

speaking in English so much fluently. We started introducing each other and I was the

youngest among them. They started taking their breakfast but I was not feeling fine as I

was getting away from my friends for a long time on leave. But we started sharing our

food, snacks and cold drinks among each other. All of us started thinking as if we are in a

family. Though it was bit slow but we started discussions regarding different topics

including politics, business, art, spirituality, religion conversion etc among each other.

Sister EMY became very close to me and we started so many personal issues with among

each other. I also got so many personal advices from her and also my thrust about

knowing Australia and the people. She also gave me an opportunity to move to Australia.I really could not imagine how my time was spent i.e. around 30 hrs in Gitanjali

Superfast. Let me explain the moment of bidding Good bye to sister EMY.She got down

in Rourkela station in morning 6am.I and Mr.Achintya helped her to shift luggage and

shared some emotional moments. She blessed both of us and suggested me to work more

hard to reach in a better place in my life. The best thing I learnt about her religious

practices were obedience,poverty and chastity.I will not dare to forget all those things.My

destination of Kharagpur reached and I was bound to bid goodbye to all of my co-

passengers who were very nice and co-operative. Life is really uncertain and we do not

know what will happen and when will happen. But my journey from Mumbai to Myhome was unforgettful and a spectacular experience. People come and go but they leave

some experience which are just much valuable than the any materialistic things on this

earth.

great platform given by life to learn or skip

learning from the adversity .Every bodylikes to stay well with absolute no trouble or

no difficulties in their way of family as well

as office life. No body likes to kiss the tasteof harassment, trouble, pain or torture in

their day to day life. When Dhirubhai

ambani started his business of selling news

papers in different places by cycling, therewere only two chances before started this

mission that was either to postpone this business or to go ahead. He was the right person who

caught the right train of his life by starting business from a small venture to an unbeatable

position of today. One of the biggest mistake of ours is that we always start complainingregarding our adversity instead of learning and planning how to overcome it effectively. So it is

quite true that do not complain about your problems to others instead solve them and

become the example of other that people can come with their complain to you. I can cite anexample of my own life where learning from adversity has been proved to be a great victory in

my life. When I joined my class 12 in Fakirmohan junior college, I faced the biggest challenge

that is my lack of communication skills. I used to feel like crying as I used to be insulted in theclass room as well as in outsides not for being able to give answers in the class room and failure

of interacting with so called ENGLISH MEDIUMclass mates. Though I was frustrated but I

started learning how to enhance my communication skills. I learnt the art of speaking English

and became the trainer in communication skills and started teaching to my students as well aswent to Business schools to give my presentation. I also accomplished my dream of speaking

English fluently. So we must enjoy the problems with right spirit and enthuasism.It really

becomes difficult to learn or face the sudden calamities of life but it is managed if the attitude ofsolving the problem is in the mind of a person. I can give another most common but true

example of my recent past. When I was the novice guy in the Business hub of india,I had no idea

regarding trains or bus routes from my apartment to my company, I was absolutely dependent

on my friends and company bus to reach in my office. One day unfortunately I was instructed byseniors to get down from the winger and I was forced to do that as I was the new joinee.I had no

idea how to reach in office but I faced so many difficulties to reach in office but I learnt the route

by train as well as bus and later on I started preaching to new comers regarding the routes tooffice. So it is always better to enjoy the problems. So we need to see the positive outcomes of

the adversity of our life. So no one makes lock without its key, similarly god does not give

problems without their solution. So never let down yourself in the face trouble because

after every dark night, there is a bright day . I always appreciate one statement of my mentorthat if you are facing troubles in the journey of your professional or personal life, it indicates that

you are in the right track but if you dont face any impediments in professional or personal life-It

A MOTHER'S LOVE

Dear friends,

A mother's love is always valuable and incalculable.A mother'slove can not be substituted by any more by any one,but we some

times did mistake by hurting our mothers.Let us have a look on a

story which is full of inspirations and learning.

A little boy came up to his mother in the kitchen one evening

while she was fixing supper, and handed her a piece of paper that

he had been writing on. After his Mom dried her hands on anapron, she read it, and this is what it said:

For cutting the grass: $5.00

For cleaning up my room this week: $1.00

For going to the store for you: $.50Baby-sitting mykidbrother while you went shopping: $.25

Taking out the garbage: $1.00

For getting a good report card: $5.00

For cleaning up and raking the yard: $2.00Total owed: $14.75

Well, his mother looked at him standing there, and the boy could see the memories flashing

through her mind. She picked up the pen, turned over the paper he'd written on, and this is what

she wrote:

For the nine months I carried you while you were growing inside me:

No Charge

For all the nights that I've sat up with you, doctored and prayed for you:No Charge

For all the trying times, and all the tears that you've caused through the years:No ChargeFor all the nights that were filled with dread, and for the worries I knew were ahead:

When the boy finished reading what his mother had written, there were big tears in his eyes, and

he looked straight at hismother and said, "Mom, I sure dolove you." And then he took the pen

and in great big letters he wrote: "PAID IN FULL".

Lessons: You will never how much your parents worth till you become a parent

Be a giver not an asker, especially with your parents. there is a lot to give, besides money.

Advice: IF yourmom is alive and close to you, give her a bigkiss and ask her for forgiveness. If

she is far away, call her. if she passed away, pray for her.

LIFE IS A GAME-PLAY IT TACTFULLY

Dear friends,

Life is full of both roses and thorns,days and nights, success and failure,happiness andsetbacks.It is just like the game where equal probability of loosing and winning are expected in

each and every moment.A real winner is he who knows how to play the game of life.But the

game of life is very much tougher than the game of cricket or football or any other games.Ifsome one is trying to bring something in his or her core area,It really takes a great moment to

make it accepted by the society.It has been the general tendency of the people to discourage theinnovaters to be achievers as some of the people does not like to see the new things so easily to

be acclimatised.Let's take the example of Sachin Tendulkar,the samrat of the cricket.He isplaying since the age of sixteen and he is the only one cricketer who is consistently making

records and bringing glory not only to India but also to the cricket lovers of the world.Yes,there

is always a question comes in to my mind that some of the legends of our society are the mostadmirable but why not me?The craziest answer comes to my mind that I am not fortunate or

lucky enough to achieve some of the expected ambitions.Other answers are like it's not my time

to get what i want.But my conscience does not permit me to take it granted.Recently it was my

dream to take my group to perform in our annual day cultural problem but it was really a greatdisaster to be selected in the final list of the performers list and i was absolutely demotivated for

the result.It was also a blander on my part to believe in the grapevine communication of ourrejection of final day performance.But it was my mistake as i was absolutely worried but mygreat friend Rj Sonali ,my mom in the play plays the game meticulously and atlast our group

was selected that to in the fourth serial list of the cultural programme.It was really a great lessons

to me how to materialise the dream properly.The game was nothing rather than a strategy to win

the heart of judges and their psychological parameters to get the edges over the competitors. Itwas also team efforts to prove our mettle and we persuaded the judges to select our group.My

heartiest thanks goes to my friends silu,devi,prittam,sonali,anjani,suman for their practice and

kind co-operation.So the rejected team which was not selected for the final screening gotselected for the final selection.Do you think it is a luck?But i think it is the strategy or game of

the play of life.So let's play the game effectively and tactfully.Don't be worried for the failure

rather be worried how to get back in to the track of the mission of life.

Speaking English is not as difficult as we

think.Everything depends on our attitude towardsverbal communication.No body is born being

outstanding speaker rather they are made to by their

efforts to be so.Let us take the example of presentpresident of America,Mr.Barack Obama.Though he

belongs to Africa even that to not from so much

enlightened family,but he is one of the best persuasivespeaker of the world.The way he speaks is the example

of his confidence and mental preparation.So why not

we?The most acute problem with us is our poor

perceptions regarding our ability to speak.There is

always one question comes to my mind that if we ableto speak in our mother tongue fluently,why can't we

speak in English?The answer lies with our positive

imagination and effective preparation.There is a report published i united states of America thatsome top level executives are being admitted in mental hospitals for their fearness to give

presentation in their important meetings before ceos and other strategic thinkers.Some of the

people are taking the help of counselors to solve their fearness.Some people say that they areready to be killed than to speak in stage before the huge audience.These are nothing rather a

psychological impediments.Maximum times thinking about incapability of speaking makes the

greater problem to deliver well.Even it is not always true that thinking of speaking the best or

perceiving himself/herself as the meticulous speaker will fetch success without

preparation.Rigorous preparation is highly essential to all and sundry to defeat the giant ofmental phobia.Certain things one needs to take care while going to give presentation or address

huge gatherings.They are mentioned below:1.Think yourself as you are the best while speaking.

2.Fix your eye contact in an unfix manner with the audience.It means look to them but full

concentration should be on your coordination of your thought and information.3.Full preparation is the half done of a job.Be prepared.

Neither success nor failur is ever final.Failure is the band of road not the end of the destination.But we get

worried with the succeessive failures.We just need to have patience and keep our spirit up.No body can

stop us unless we put our efforts.But there are lot of friends who are there to cheer up our success but in

case of setbacks nobody will be there to listen the few words and see the salty tears.But the taste of

success is absolutely different.Every body will be surrounded by us to show as if they are everything for

our achievements.Some says that the boy who is celebrating the glory of success is my relative,some says

in his childhood i was teaching,some says he belongs to my locality,some says they were staying in rent

in our building,some people say he was my group mate and many more things.This the reallity.But in the

grey moments of one's life,every body started saying that failure person is good for nothing.We don't

know the stupid stated by the fairweather peole to the celebrity of success when he is in trouble.SO IT'S

RIGHTLY STATED THAT "SUCCESS IS A BASTARD WHICH HAS MANY FATHERS BUT

Motivation vs Humiliation

Motivation and Humiliation might be seeming bit difficult but it has lot of relevance.Humiliationis the essential parts of life.Motivation starts after humiliation even in dictionary motivation

comes after the humiliation.The way success comes after failure in real life as well as in

dictionary.Basically the biggest criminals are our surroundings who are the major contributors

for the inconvenience.In my experience in this ASBM campus i had lot of friends while i was ina good time but now my mental horizon is under cloud,but there is not even my previous

belongings are not there.Still it is a great scope of my life to achieve the way so many persons

have done.Humiliation is everything for me because it is not only the ten words but it is mostpowerful than attending 100 crores of inspirations.I will come out with flying colors soon but the

people of fair weather will be getting good lessons as far as my motivation is inherited from

them.So friends if you might be facing this kind of problem,you should be proud enough to takeit as a challenge.Adversity only comes to those who are to get more opportunity.
