With tutor Jules Robinson. The sessions will cover; Introduction to mindfulness, the misconceptions and latest science behind it, mindful meditation focusing on attention training. Zumba & Zumba Gold
Zumba is a fusion of Latin dance, music
and rhythm with a full body aerobic
workout which burns calories and gets you
fit without even realising it! Mondays 5pm

Yoga for Wholeness Yoga offers many benefits including an improvement in strength, flexibility, focus and harmony. Mental Health First Aid The standard MHFA is a 12 hour evidence based internationally recognised course that provides participants with the knowledge and skills to assist someone who is experiencing a mental health problem.
