Provide Responsible Service of

Alcohol (SITHFAB002) This unit will give the learner a statement of

attainment for the unit completed as part of

the Certificate II in Hospitality. This course

meets the requirements for workplaces in

responsible service of alcohol within the

hospitality industry or within local sporting

clubs. Saturday 27th July or 24th August, 9am

Zumba & Zumba Gold

Zumba is a fusion of Latin dance, music

and rhythm with a full body aerobic

workout which burns calories and gets you

fit without even realising it! Mondays 5pm

-5.45pm Zumba Gold (lower intensity

class) and Zumba 6pm-7pm. Cost $10 per

class, 6 class pre-paid card $50, 10 class

Yoga for Wholeness Yoga offers many benefits including an improvement in strength, flexibility, focus and harmony. Classes combine a balance of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing practices), Meditation and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Suitable for new and current practitioners. Pilates Floor Classes Every single muscle group is worked

within this class. The focus being on

stomach, back and leg muscles. It’s never

Basic Cheesemaking Learn how to make four simple cheeses

with our tutor Narelle Lucas using pure,

untainted dairy products. You will make,

Mental Health First Aid The standard MHFA is a 12 hour evidence based internationally recognised course that provides participants with the knowledge and skills to assist someone who is experiencing a mental health problem. Mental Health First Aid Refresher This refresher course allows people who have completed a 12 hour standard MHFA course to improve their knowledge and skills and extend their accreditation for a further 3 years. Free Tax Help A free and confidential service provided by the Australian Tax Office for lower income earners who have simple tax affairs to complete. This service which is facilitated by trained volunteers is only available between July and end of October each year. Bookings 5261 2583.
