• Start point was to not only migrate the existing DsC functionality, but to create:
A new service that provides customers with all the information required to manage all subscriptions efficiently – print or electronic
Given the magnitude of this development and the migration, customers had to be involved from the beginning

All this was put together as a description of the new service
