Tasks & Responsibilities:

� Handle the forecasting tool for raw material and plan for production slots with production

sites and the Head quarter in Germany

� Synchronize and manage the whole Order to cash cycle and coordinating

between the production sites (in Germany ,China,Singapore,Mexico,Spain,Canada,

and Turkey) and the end customers (in North Africa & Middle East) from the moment a

Purchase order is received till the goods are delivered to the customer and paid for.

� Work on reducing order lead time and minimizing issues along the whole order /deliver

cycle to maximize customer satisfaction till order has been fulfilled and payment has

been affected .

� Assist and attend to customer demands promptly on phone and in writing

� Handle customer complaints

� Complete Export Control procedures

� Handle Performance bonds, bid bonds ,Letter of Credits (LC),LGs

� Create and maintain general views on Key Performance Indicators and project details

� Reporting of order / project status according to defined reporting structure and tools in

place.

� Take over responsibility of personal management for order management team.

(Currently leading a team of 2 subordinates)

� Support the team in trouble shooting of complex situations.

� The management task involves close cooperation with sales, finance, and project

management functions as well as with production sites, suppliers and freight forwarders

Tasks & Responsibilities:

� Synchronizing orders delivery for the telecom , payment and banknote

processing business units from the production site to the customer required destination.

This was covering the following:

� issuing and placing internal G&D Purchase Orders and sending them to the relevant

production site through relevant application

� confirming delivery dates revision of Letter of Credits (LCs) issued by the

customers banks and communicating amendments to the customer

� confirming to the production site the import/export documents needed by the

customer

� issuing shipping documents (invoices, packing lists…etc) and handling

external export requirements as e.g. legalization processes at the Chamber

of Commerce & Embassies)

� Communicating shipping details to the customer

� Preparing LC documents and sending them out to the bank

� following up on account receivables

� Handling all the GDE Services incoming and outgoing shipments (Import/Export).

This was covering the following:

� flights booking through forwarders

� preparing bank and customs import and export clearance documents

� Developing reporting tools for reporting all direct and indirect revenues for the company,

(telecom sales, revenues, commissions, etc).

� Issuing monthly ”Management Reports” including Key Business financial figures.
