How to post job ads on universities career
websites?
Step 1Choose proper career site for your ad:

Lets start with UEK
• First, before you can post anything on UEK website you have to sendan e-mail requirement and ask for access to academic career site.
• To do this just send an e-mail to: [email protected]
• When you get and response with an access you can log on.Do this by going to the following address:

Ok, now we can log on to the system...
Click add offer
1. When you click on add offer, you will see a panel to fill. Remember to fill each column. So in that case: main job data, job requirements, additional job info and settings. Salary is optional.2. On this website you have to wait for approval – about 24hours and your ad should appear on career website. 3. Formating: You can copy and past point marks such as: ►, •, - etc.4. Remember to click send when you finished.
UJ FAIS• To start posting jobs you have to register on this website:

• Once you do this you just have to wait for approval from the system to have ability to use your account.
• When your account is being activated just login to your account
1. Then choose an option: go to your administration panel
2. Click on your offers -> add offer
Fill the details of your job ad and click save. Now you just have to wait untill your offer appear on website.
AGH1. To post job ad you have to register your full profile including company data, offer information and
contact person. 2. Once you did it you get an access to your personal account and you can log on everytime you want to
add other offers.3. Remember to click save;)
1. Log in
2. Add job affer. You can also search candidates cv in AGH database.
3. Follow the instruction and fill all the information. Click Save. Your offer is ready!
PKThe easiest way to get an access to PK website is to use Facebook icon and log on by clicking on it.
1. Click on advertise a job.2. Fill all the details.3. Format content. You can do this in the same way as on slide no. 7, point 3.4. Click save.5. All you have to do know is to check when your job ad appear on website.
How to check if your job ad appear properly?
• Use Google and search your advert through the Internet or
• Check in your administration panel
