PaymentsPayment of deposit (restrictionsapply) or the full amount may onlybe made by a debit or credit card.Cancellation and amendmentcharges will apply. Where a deposithas been paid, the balance must bepaid by the required date or thebooking will be cancelled and thedeposit forfeited.

Ferry bookingsAny price quotations are valid only at the time given, and maychange if the booking is not madeat that time. All ferry reservationrequests are entirely dependent on availability.

All operators reserve the right toapply any appropriate surcharge toa booking where members arrivefor a different service to the one shown on their booking

confirmation. Such charges, inaddition to an amendment fee, will also be payable if memberscontact us to amend thereservation for them.

DFDSDFDS (Dover to Dunkirk/Calaisroutes only) may only be booked viathe Club website unless combinedwith a site or camping cheques.

Step 2After you've booked Tickets and confirmationsYour ticket is your travelconfirmation, which is sent by emailor post (postal confirmations arenot available for bookings madeonline). On your travel confirmationis your ferry reference numberwhich you will need to quote uponarrival at the port. You will needthis for both directions of travel sodo not lose or surrender it. Your sitebooking will also be shown on thissame confirmation. Some sites mayask you to produce it at check-in soit is advisable to take it with you.

Cancellations and amendmentsRemember that cancellation and/oramendment charges may apply toeach part of your booking(including Red Pennant Insurance).These are shown in our Essentialinformation on pages 184 – 185and in our Booking Conditions from page 186.

All reservations will be treated asfirm bookings and cancellationcharges and our booking conditionswill apply at that time. As soon as a booking confirmation is received,you must check the details carefullyand call us within 7 days if there are any errors so that we may rectify them. We cannot acceptresponsibility for errors or omissionsafter this time.

Choose your crossingFerry crossings are usually moreexpensive at weekends and duringschool holidays. Afternooncrossings from the UK and morningsailings from the continent areoften cheaper. Overnight crossingsare always popular, especially forlonger journeys, but they can be more expensive.
