PROGRAM OUTLINE
Prior to setting up Excelle Consulting in early 2003, he was the Director of Technology Consulting at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (South-east Asia). He is a frequent speaker at regional seminars and conferences. Boon Chye is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and has conducted corporate and public seminars on this topic since 2008. He also lectures at ESSEC, a premier French Business School as well as SMU Lee Kong Chian School of Business and provides coaching on structured thinking. He is a fully certified ACTA Trainer & Assessor accredited by WDA. Boon Chye obtained his Software Engineering degree from France under a Public Service Commission Scholarship from 1978-1985. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and French.

Methodology
The workshop is designed to be highly interactive. There will be daily
breakout sessions where participants discuss in groups and present their
solutions. Concepts covered are illustrated using real-life examples and
case studies.
