INTRODUCTION OF COMMUNICATION
• Communication is the process where one person is expressing his or her idea& the other one is listening to the idea being expressed by the one who is talking. That is how you define communication.
• When this results to have an understanding to both of them, therefore there is already a communication.
TYPES OF COMMUNICATION
1.Verbal Communication
2.Nonverbal Communication
• Nonverbal communication have the following three elements:
1. Appearance:-Speaker: clothing, hairstyle, neatness. Surrounding: room size, lighting, decorations.
2. Body Language:-facial expressions, gestures, postures.
3. Sounds:-Voice Tone, Volume, Speech rate.
1. Oral Communication:-In oral communication, Spoken words are used. It includes face-to-face conversations, speech, telephonic conversation, video, radio, television, voice over internet.
2. Written Communication:-In written communication, written signs or symbols are used to communicate. A written message may be printed or hand written. In written communication message can be transmitted via email, letter, report, memo etc.
