AS long as a traveller I stood
As long as a traveller I stood and looked upon the way with a story to tell and thousands of words to say
The road on which I stood never same as theirs Those places and beautiful dreams of childhood Again looked upon again
All those struggles and taunts and stern looks on the comical faces didn’t matter as the path was clear nothing stopped me, not even the spaces
Struggles and difficulties that laid behind dreams of paradise I dreamt made everyone fade as I stood alone to conquer
A path beautiful as never before full of adventures ahead dreams of new light every morning showed me down, careful not to race ahead
Everything I wanted to capture was already done As long as a traveller I stood
and looked upon the way Realizing how the journey proved more with just me, my love and the passion stray.

Embrace Yoga
Long time ago, in 1966, a child, born in a farmer family in
Haryana was living an ordinary life. He used to play like
others, cry like others and walk like others. Everything was
going well, until he was 25 years old. He got stuck with
paralysis, completely paralyzing his left side.
His parents took him to many hospitals, Ayurveda centers
etc. But it was of no use, no one was able to cure the
paralysis. One day a saint came to their village to promote
yoga, which was not very popular at that time.
The saint told about the benefits of yoga and also about
the one who invented yoga i.e. saint Patanjali. The boy
who was attacked by paralysis was also there with his
parents, listening the speech. The speech influenced the
boy that he started doing yoga from the very day he
listened about it. He considered maharishi Patanjali as his
guru and thought that doing yoga and also promoting can
be the only patronage to his guru.
He started eating raw fruits and vegetables and stopped
eating grains and oil. He practiced yoga from morning 4
o’clock to 8o’clock on a daily basis and he spent the rest
time in discovering more things about yoga and also telling
its importance to his friends and neighbors. Due to yoga
now he was able to move his full body easily. He regarded
yoga the best medicine.
After being completely cured he didn’t stop practicing
yoga instead he thought that god and his guru have now
made him completely capable to promote the ancient
practice. He met with a person who knew many herbal
medicines. That person helped him a lot promoting yoga.
They collected funds and slowly started yoga sessions
which were broadcasted on T.V. . They also started going
to other countries to tell about the importance of yoga
and are still going. Due to his determination, the world
started celebrating ‘World yoga day’ on 22nd June.
The person is non-other than
Baba Ramdev A.K.A Ramkishanyadav and his friends who
helped him is Balkrishnaacharya.
That is why it is said: Embrace Yoga.

Birth To My Dream
"Wake up and narrate the dream your saw.
Fall into a deeper dream and narrate that
you once wake up from a dream,
And what all you saw.
Keep falling into dreams after dreams
and keep waking up.
Fall till there's no sleep,
Till there's no dream,
Till there's no one to talk to.
Then wake up for good
but this time,
Tell no one.

SOARING ASPIRATIONS
I would be true, for there are those who trust me.
I would be pure, for there are those who care.
I would be brave, for there is much to suffer.
I would be friend to all the poor, the friendless.
I would be giving and forget the gift.
I would be humble, for I know my weakness.
I would look up and laugh and love and lift.

Nothing Succeeds Like Success
He who does anything because it is a custom makes no
choices. Success demands unconventional choices and a
refined mind is a prerequisite for refined choices. It is the
school life where one learns not just the ABCD of the past
and the present but also the vision of future to which
he/she belongs. Life is not a bed of roses nor is it an
invincible puzzle. Everyone has his/her highs and lows.
Every call cannot be a success. Every success, every failure
should be accepted with welcoming zeal. That’s the secret
of keeping one’s life moving and happily. Be bold to live
life on your own terms and never apologize for it. Take the
road less travelled by instead of a well beaten path. Life is
too short to live for someone else. Don’t try to ape
someone else, don’t try to change yourself to become
someone else. There is no another “you” in this world.
Everyone is unique in their own way and this uniqueness
make everyone special.

Yoga- A secret to retain beauty of body and mind
The-crème-de-la-crème method to retain beauty of body and
mind is yoga .Here’s a story of 2 boys and the story goes like this
–
There were 2 boys named Sam and Aaron. Sam was a boy who
believed in the outer beauty. His looks were everything to him.
He was a good scholar and a handsome boy. Aaron was full of
passion and had the bent for inner beauty. Aaron believed the
beauty of mind and body came from yoga. He used to practice
the yoga everyday for an hour. But Sam thought that it was only
a time killing and painful practice. He never understood the
correct meaning and benefits of yoga. Sam was also fond of
karate. One day the teacher announced, “there is a karate
contest in Ujjain, whosoever is interested can go for the
selections now on the sports ground”. Hearing this, both of them
with 37 other students went for selections. 33 of them couldn’t
make it but Sam and Aaron did. Both of them were the part of
the contest now. But during the practice sessions for the final
contest the trainer disqualified Sam because his body was not
flexible. Then he realized that he would not have been
disqualified if he’d had a flexible body. Also he thought that yoga
could’ve proved beneficial here. From that day he started doing
yoga regularly as he understood that yoga is anbest exercise to
improve your posture and helps you retain the inner beauty of
body and mind.

Let Your Light Shine
“Your greatness is revealed by the light that shines within you.”
Life is a constant exercise for self-improvement. Sometimes life is
hard and other times life looks to be easy. You cannot always
control a situation but you can control how you react to it
because life is 10% what happens and 90% how you react to it. As
a cocoon through a lot of hardships transform in a gorgeous
butterfly so does we face odd situations in our life. But we should
learn from this small creature how to overcome various
situations and let ones light shine even when there is no hope for
a ray of light. It’s truly said that stars can’t shine without darkness
as there can’t be rainbow without rain. So, believe in yourself, let
your light be so bright that the whole world see you like a flower
as pretty as it can be. Be like a candle which burns itself to give
light to others. Awake the light within you and within every
person so as to fly with the wings of determination and hope and
“Make this world a beautiful and happier place to live in through
the brightness of your inner light.”
