1. Pitch DocumentSynopsis:My webisode idea is about football
hooligans. The name of the webisode is going to becalled The North
Stand and set in cambridge. The rms will be from un- named
teamsCity and United. The main character is called Danny who is 18
years old and goes tocollege. We meet the main character on a
monday morning, as Danny goes to college withcuts and bruises all
over him and tells his friends about his hooligan weekend. In this
rstseries, as he is telling them, there is a ashback showing you
exactly what happened. Itstarts by him walking through an under
passage wearing his team colours, when a rm runat him and we see
him getting Battered . The rm is called The City Psychos, when heis
on the oor another rm helps him up and ght with the city psychos.
This rm thathelped him is the one he will be sticking around with
for the rest of the webisode. The nextload of series would show no
ashbacks, but only what happens after the story he told hisfriends.
Danny then nds him self getting closer with his new found rm who
saved him onthat day where he got battered called The UC (united
casuals) and he starts to fade awayfrom his friends. They spot this
and in each webisode series they would show him gettinginto ghts
and being moody around his friends and only talking about ghts. His
educationgoes down hill and his personality shows drastic changes,
this then makes him growissues at home and with his friends and
leads him to stealing. It then comes to a pointwhere he is not
hanging around with his mates anymore and is only interested in his
rm.By the end of the last ever series we would if we were doing it
hope to make it tense asits a battle of his friends trying to take
him from the rm before its too late.Rationale:I think that my
webisode idea will appeal to a wide range of audiences and not just
thetarget audience which is, action lm fans, football hooligans
fans and also a young adultaudience. It has a lot of realistic
things such as family distributes and friend issues as well.Another
reason for me thinking that it will appeal to the target audience
is because therehas not been a football hooligan webisode before,
so all the hooligan lm fans willprobably rush to have a look at
this. I think that it ts to the brief as it will have all
theattributes which the brief is looking for. In our research we
asked 15 people both boys andgirls, what there favorite genre was
out of Football hooligans and Silent comedy andfrom this we saw
with a majority of the vote winning by 11 to 4 was Football
hooligans. 3of the 4 who voted silent comedy were girls. This
showed us that football hooligans genrewas a favorite by far with
the people we asked. I have now taken the research marketaudience
into account and this has made me more condent in doing the
footballhooligans idea.Contingency Plan:There are quite a few
issues that we are likely to face when it comes to making
ourwebisode as it is about football hooliganism violence so there
are going to be many thingsthat we either cant do, or that are
going to be hard to do, this includes nding a suitablelocation like
the common, but we have to see how easy it is going to be to do it
there asthere is always people walking past and also on the common
is where cows aresometimes put. Another issue that is likely for us
to come across, is the amount of peoplewe can get, because for a rm
battle you need quite a lot of people so we might have tocome up
with a plan to get around this, for example, make it so its not
actually a meetingand a few people of each rm accidentally meet
