Artifact For my artifact, I use both weak and strong aspect of my precedent. My Artifact has a strong and bold base, which represent the strong aspect. And other light elements on top part represent the weak aspect, where thickness and width of the basswood symbolize how much change happens as time pass by. Also gives us a sense of progression.

Seminary Building form is created from the artifact. Two different part of the building represent the the characteristics of the artifact. Top part represent lightness and weak aspect and bottom part represent bold and strong aspect of the artifact.
1. Building form works as a transition between city-scape and the nature.
2. Building form also works as flow between regular urban form and irregular nature form.
3. Some of the spaces came directly from artifact line. and to create other spaces I use methods like repetition, rotation, shifting, Extending, eliminating because of the square ft requirements of the space that we have given.
4. Extended artifact line intersect a facade or roof and creates an opening there. 5. Functions are organized. Private space on upper floor. Public space on lower. 6. emphasizing different parts of the building by elevating roof.
