ABSTRACTWhile the public perception of the recent attempts to unseat duly-electedU.S.PresidentDonaldJ.Trumpisthoughttobesolelyofnationalorigin, there is strongevidenceof amorepernicious,UnitedNations’sanctionedenvironmentalassaultonAmericaandonAmericancitizens.The United States and other sovereign nations are in the midst of ahighlyorganized, covertenvironmentalwarfareassault,underlainbydeceptionanddeceit,orchestratedbyaforeignentity,andperpetratedinAmericabytheU.S.AirForceanditscontractors,andfacilitatedbyintelligence-agency operatives. The intent, to slowly and insidiouslysicken, weaken, and debilitate citizenry, cause weather and climatechaos,crippleagriculture,anddevastatetheenvironment,issocleverlyunderwrittenandcamouflagedastohavegoneunnoticedinthe2018National Defense Strategy of the United States of America and,presumably,isunknowntotheJointChiefsofStaff.Butitisdescribedhere.Americanmilitaryofficershavetheresponsibilitytoprotecttheirowncitizens,especiallyastheypossessthemeanstodestroyhumanandenvironmental health. Systematically poisoning the air Americansbreathe, harming human and environmental health, causingweatherandclimatechaos,damagingagriculture,anddeceivingthepublicastotheadversehumanandenvironmentalhealthconsequences–allundersecretordersoriginatingfromaforeignentity–weallege,violatesnotonlytheirOathofOffice,butistantamounttotreason.TheUnitedStatesAir Force co-optation, deceit, and unquestioning capitulation to aforeignentityshouldbeofgraveconcerntotheJointChiefsofStaff.Withdue humility we must emphasize that no military asset is worthdamaginghumanandenvironmentalhealth,especiallyonanationalorplanetary-scale, and especially due to a deceptively-worded, Trojanhorse, United Nations international treaty whose signatoriespresumablyweredupedintosigninginthefalsebeliefthattheywerepreventinghostileenvironmentalwarfare.Keywords:Environmentalwarfare;ENMOD;Geoengineering;AirPollution;Chemtrails;Weathermodification,COVID-19.

INTRODUCTIONEvenbeforeU.S.PresidentDonaldJ.Trumptooktheoathofoffice,andthroughouthisfirstterm,arollingcoupd’étatbyDeepStateoperativeshasbeeninprogresstoillegallyunseatthisdulyelectedpresident[1-4].“DeepState”,accordingtooneauthor[4],means

“thoselegacyemployeesinthefederalgovernment–especiallythoseintheCIA[CentralIntelligenceAgency],theNationalSecurityAgency(NSA),theOfficeoftheDirectorofNationalIntelligence,aswellastheDOJ[DepartmentofJustice]andtheFBI[FederalBureauofInvestigation]–whoopposeDonaldTrumponpartisanideologicalgrounds.”

OnAugust14,2020theDOJannouncedthatFBIattorneyKevinClinesmithwouldpleadguiltytodocument falsification [5]. Further indictments are expected to be announced in September orOctober 2020. Until those indictments are unsealed, the public will remain unaware of thegovernment’sunderstandingoftheextentandinvolvementofthetreachery,whichmightreachintohighlevelsoftheObamaAdministration[2].Whilethepublicperceptionofthatusurpation-effortisthoughttobesolelyofnationalorigin,anAmericanattemptedcoupd’état, there is strongevidenceof amorepernicious,UnitedNations’sanctionedenvironmentalassaultonAmerica[6,7].TheUnitedStatesandothersovereignnationsareinthemidstofahighlyorganized,covertglobalistenvironmentalwarfareassault,underlainbydeceptionanddeceit,thatisperpetratedinAmericabytheU.S.AirForce[USAF]anditscontractors,andfacilitatedbyintelligence-agencyoperatives[6,7].Theintent,toslowlyandinsidiouslysicken,weaken, and debilitate citizenry, cause weather and climate chaos, cripple agriculture, anddevastatetheenvironment,issocleverlyunderwrittenandcamouflagedastohavegoneunnoticedinthe2018NationalDefenseStrategyoftheUnitedStatesofAmerica[8].Aswediscussbelow,numerouspoliticalleadersandheadsofstateweredupedintosigningontoaUnitedNations[UN]sponsoredinternationaltreatythatmusthaveseemedapositivesteptowarddisarmament [9]: “Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use ofEnvironmentalModificationTechniques.”ButitisaTrojanhorsethatinnowayprohibitshostileuseofenvironmentalmodificationtechniques,butinsteadmandatesparticipationinactivitiesthatconstitutenolessthanenvironmentalwarfare.Thattreaty[9]facilitatedco-optationoftheU.S.AirForcetowageenvironmentalwarfareagainstAmericancitizens,whichitdidwhiledeceivingthepublicof thehumanandenvironmentalhealthrisks[10].NATO, theBritishCommonwealth,theEuropeanUnion,theRepublicofIndia,andpotentiallyotherswerelikewiseco-optedtoharmtheirowncitizenry.As the evidence discussed below indicates, intelligence-agency operatives, presumably the CIA,havebeenengaginginwholesaledeception,notonlyoftheexistenceofthecovertenvironmentalwarfareactivity,butmostgrievouslydeceivingthepublicofitsharmtohumanandenvironmentalhealth.Thatbehavior is entirely consistentwith the1981statementof the formerCIADirectorWilliamCasey:

“We’ll know ourdisinformationprogram is completewheneverything theAmericanpublicbelievesisfalse.”

Theintelligence-agencyoperatives’anti-American,anti-humanitarianactivitiesrelatedtodeceivingAmericansaboutpublichealththreatsaredisgusting.Butthatiswhattheydo.TheUnitedStates

Vol.7,Issue8,August-2020AdvancesinSocialSciencesResearchJournal(ASSRJ)AirForceco-optation,deceit,andunquestioningcapitulationtoaforeignentityshouldbeofgraveconcerntotheJointChiefsofStaff.Americanmilitaryofficershavetheresponsibilitytoprotecttheirowncitizens,especiallyastheypossessthemeanstodestroyhumanandenvironmentalhealth.AllU.S.militaryofficers,includingUSAFofficers,arerequiredtotakeanOathofOffice[11],whichstatesinpart:“IdosolemnlyswearthatIwillsupportanddefendtheConstitutionoftheUnitedStatesagainstallenemies,foreignanddomestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same....” Poisoning the air Americansbreathe,harminghumanandenvironmentalhealth,causingweatherandclimatechaos,damagingagriculture,anddeceivingthepublic–allundersecretordersoriginatingfromaforeignentity[9]–weallege,violatesnotonlysaidOathofOffice,butistantamounttotreason.

AMERICANMILITARYCOMPLICITYSinceWorldWarI,virtuallyalltotalitariangovernmentshavesystematicallycommittedatrocitiesagainsthumanpopulations,includingtheirown[12-14].FollowingWorldWar II, theUnited Statesmilitary, in its quest to prepare for nuclearwarfare,committed atrocities against countless U.S. citizens by polluting the air, land and water withradioactivefallout,anddeceivingthepublicofthehealthrisks[15].Moreover,humansubjectsweredeliberatelyandsurreptitiouslyexposedtoradioactivitywithintheUnitedStates.Withoutbeingtold about potential health risks, thousands of military personnel were exposed to nuclearexplosions,includingbeingorderedtoparticipatein“wargame”maneuversthattookplacedirectlybeneaththeatomicclouds[16,17].CivilianhumanexperimentalsubjectswithintheUnitedStateswere intentionally and unknowingly exposed to radioactivity without informed consent andwithoutpublicacknowledgement[18,19].Examplesinclude,butarenotlimitedto,injectingpatientswithplutoniumorradioactivepolonium[20], tellingpregnantwomentheywerereceivingvitaminswhen insteadtheywerebeinggivenradioactiveiron[18],injectingnewborninfantswithradioactiveiodine[21],surreptitiouslyfeedinghumansubjectsradioactivewaste[18],andinjectingradioactiveuraniumsaltsintopatientswithgoodkidneyfunctiontodeterminetheconcentrationwhichwouldproducerenalinjury[18].PublicHealthServiceofficialswerecomplicitinfailingtowarnthepublicofpotentialhealthrisksduringthemilitary’spost-WWIInuclear-warfareenvironmentalcontamination[16],andevenduringnon-radioactive,germwarfaretestsconductedoverpopulatedareas[22].Sinceatleastasearlyasthe1990sandcontinuingtothepresent,concernedcitizenshaveobservedjetaircraftemplacingparticletrailsacrossthesky[23,24].SomeexamplesoftheparticulatetrailsareshowninFigure1.Duringthatperiodthegeographicrange,frequency,andintensityoftheaerialparticulate-sprayingcontinuouslyincreased,becominganear-daily,near-globalactivity.

TheblackchemtrailsinthelowerrightimageofFigure1isoneofmultiplelinesofevidencethatchemtrailsarenotcontrails[26].RetiredU.S.AirForceBrig.GeneralCharlesJonesreportedlyissuedthefollowingstatement[27]:

“Whenpeoplelookupintotheblueandseewhitetrailsparallelingandcrisscrossinghighintheskylittledotheyknowthattheyarenotseeingaircraftenginecontrails,butinstead they are witnessing a manmade climate engineering crisis facing all airbreathinghumansandanimalsonplanetEarth....Toxicatmosphericaerosols[are]used

Inpublishingthecontraillie[10],theU.S.AirForcedeceivedthepublicaboutamajorassaultonpublichealththatwas,andstillis,beingperpetratedagainstAmericancitizensbytheU.S.AirForceanditscontractors,includingcommercialairlines[28],andperpetratedagainstforeignersbyNATO,theBritishCommonwealth,EuropeanUnion,RepublicofIndia,andothers.Forensicscientificinvestigationsareconsistentwithcoalflyash,thetoxicwasteproductofcoal-burning,beingthemainconstituentofthejet-sprayedparticulates[28-32].Coalflyashisatoxicmixture that contains at least 38 different chemical elements, many highly toxic and/orcarcinogenic, for example, arsenic, beryllium, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury, selenium,thallium,anduraniumwithitsradioactivedaughterproducts[33].Jet-sprayedintotheair,thesefineparticles settle toground inamatterofdays, all thewhilemixingwith theairwebreathe.Inhaled,theaerosolizedcoalflyashcanenterthebrainviathenasalbulborelsesettledeepintoterminalalveoliofthelungs,slowlyandinsidiouslyincreasingriskforcardiovascularinfractions[34],lungcancer[35],respiratorydiseases[36],neurodegenerativediseases[37],andasapossibleco-factorintheCOVID-19Pandemic,specifically,asapotentialmeansofviraltransport,andasaroleinexacerbatingsusceptibilityandmortality,anddiminishingimmuneresponsetotheSARS-CoV-2virus[25].ItisunconscionablethattheU.S.AirForceanditscontractorswoulddeliberatelyputthehealthofAmericansatrisk,includingthefamiliesofAmericansservinginthearmedforces,andhidethatfactfrom the public with systematic deception. But they do. Presumably, decades of cadet-indoctrination by the U.S. military academies, instead of fostering humanitarian courage, hasaborted any sense of humanity, replacing it with unquestioning complicity or acquiescence inwhateverparadigmmilitaryplannersinventirrespectiveofitsharmtoAmericancitizens.InthedecadesimmediatelyfollowingWorldWarII,theparadigmwasnuclearwarfare;nowtheparadigmisenvironmentalwarfareandperversionofthenaturalenvironmentforitsownends.TheopenquestioniswhethertheJointChiefsofStaffrealizesthattheU.S.armedforceshavebeendupedintowagingcovertenvironmentalwarfare[6,7]againsttheUnitedStatesofAmericaandhercitizensbyananti-American,globalistentity? Inthe followingwedescribehowthisabominableactivityiscurrentlytakingplace.

GLOBALENVIRONMENTALWARFARE:UNITEDNATIONS’COMPLICITYAs illustrated by Figure 1, the systematic contamination of the air people breathe is clearly aninternational operation. For a time it seemed an inexplicable mystery as to what possiblegovernance could be involved that could co-opt supposedly civilized leaders in the BritishCommonwealth,EuropeanUnion,RepublicofIndia,UnitedStates,andothersovereignnationstoallowand/orparticipateinthewholesaleaerosolassaultontheircitizenpopulations.Airpollutionisakiller.In2018,thethenDirector-GeneraloftheUnitedNations’WorldHealthOrganizationnotedthatthesimpleactofbreathingiskillingsevenmillionpeopleayearandinjuringbillionsmore[38]:



“Noone,richorpoor,canescapeairpollution,”heacknowledged,“Despitethisepidemicof needless, preventable deaths and disability, a smog of complacency pervades theplanet.”

Yet,ourownexperiencedocumentsthatthe“smogofcomplacency”originatesattheWorldHealthOrganizationandattheUnitedNationsitself.In accordance with the Precautionary Principle in Public Health [39, 40], as credentialedprofessionalstheauthorssubmittedtotheBulletinoftheWorldHealthOrganizationaPerspectivewarningoftheworldwidehealthrisksofthedeliberatelyjet-emplacedparticulatepollution.ThatPerspectivewasrejectedwithoutbenefitofpeer-review[41].Whywould itberejectedwithoutpeer-reviewwhenairpollutionissuchagreatpublichealthproblem?Thereason,wesubsequentlydeduced,isthattheglobalaerosolassaultoncitizenpopulationsissanctionedbya“Trojanhorse”deceptively-wordedUnitedNationsTreaty[9]thatmandatessignatorynationstoengageinactionsthat constitute de facto covert environmental warfare against their own citizens, usuallyperpetratedbytheirownmilitary.Moreover,saidmandatedactionsplayintotheUnitedNations’globalwarmingfraudthatbleedsvastsumsofmoneyfromcontributingnations,andpromulgatesafalse,anti-combustionnarrative.OnOctober5,1978, theUnitedNationsunderthecategoryofdisarmamententered into forceaTrojan horse, confusingly-worded, international treaty [9], “Convention on the Prohibition ofMilitary or AnyOther Hostile Use of EnvironmentalModification Techniques”, later sometimesreferredtoasENMOD.PreciselegalanalysisshowstheENMODtreaty[9]tobeasham[7].Insteadofitstitularprohibition,saidtreatymandatesenvironmentalmodificationfor“peacefulpurposes”whereenvironmentalmodificationisdefinedas

“anytechniqueforchanging–throughthedeliberatemanipulationofnaturalprocesses–thedynamics,compositionorstructureoftheEarth,includingitsbiota,lithosphere,hydrosphereandatmosphere,orofouterspace.”

Underguiseof environmental improvement, theUnitedNations, globalists, and thosedupedbythemareengaginginhostileglobalenvironmentalwarfareagainsttheUnitedStatesofAmericaandothersovereignnations.Anylarge-scalealterationofthenaturalenvironmentwillinevitablyhavewidespread, long-lasting or severe effects on humans and other biota, and cannot truthfully bedeemed“peaceful.”Globalenvironmentalmodification,aswedescribed[6],isextremelyhostile,not“peaceful”andrightfullyshouldbedeemedglobalenvironmentalwarfare.Notably,ChinaisalsoanENMOD[9]signatory.Toourknowledge,nooperation inmilitaryhistoryhasbeenconductedagainst civiliansonthisscale,withsuchahighdegreeofsecrecy,andwithsuchwidespread,perversedeceptionanddeceit.Nevertheless, sound scientific methodology leads clearly to knowledge of that undisclosedmandatedenvironmentmodification.Thewide-spreademplacementofparticulatematter intheregionwherecloudsformcausesglobalwarming[42-46],andanaccidental,momentaryaircraftreleaseofsurface-splatterparticles(Figure2)areclearlyindicativeofanoperationtomeltpolarice[47].

ConsiderfromanAmericanperspectivewhatentitiesbenefitfromthisUnitedNations’mandatedenvironmental modification of melting polar ice. The U.S. Air Force gets vast, unaccountableamounts of money tomanage and operate the programwhich greatly benefits its contractors.Moreover,themilitarygetstodeveloptheknow-howtoweaponizedweather,andtopollutetheatmospherewithparticlesinsupportoftheirelectromagneticinitiatives.Alongwiththemilitary,theintelligenceservicesgarnergreatamountsofmoneytodeceivetheAmericanpublicaboutwhatisbeingdonethatharmshumanandenvironmentalhealth.TheDeepState intelligence services furtherbenefitbyextending their corrupting tentacles intovirtuallyallmeansofhumandiscourse.Thosecorruptingtentaclesextend intothepublichealthsector and even corrupt scientific and medical literature publishers. Moreover, the Deep StatebenefitsfromcripplingAmericans’healthandagriculture[7],asshownbythefollowingexamples:

• TroposphericairpollutionparticulatesarealreadyharmingagricultureintheU.S.[48-55].• Asnotedabove,particulatepollutionparticlescauseglobalwarming[42,43,56,57].• Particulatepollutionparticlesinhibitrainfall,causingdroughtatonelocationwhilecausing

delugesandfloodsatanother[28,58].• Theglobalwarmingthusproducedcausesincreasedevaporationandincreasedrainfall[32].• Uponsettlingtogroundortowater,pollutionparticlesabsorbsolarradiationandheatthe

surface;onsnowandicetheycausemeltingandalsoreducealbedo,whichleadstofurtherglobalwarming[45].

• Aerosolizedparticulateparticlescauseclimatechaos,disruptingweatherpatternsthathavemadeagriculturepossible[28,54,59-61].

• Aerosolizedparticulatesenablepestilence[62].• Aerialparticulatesdecimatepopulationsofbeneficialinsects,likebees[63].



• Aerialparticulatesdecimatebirdpopulations[64].• Aerialparticulatesdecimatebatpopulations[65].• Particulatesusedintheaerialspraying,evidencedascoalflyash,poisonthesoilandwater

withmultipletoxicelements,includingmercury[66]andchemicallymobilealuminum[67,68].

• Coal fly ash particulates, when lofted into the stratosphere [69-71], destroy protectiveatmosphericozonecausingincreasedsolarultravioletradiationthatdamagesplants,makingthemmoresusceptibletopathogens[67,72].

• Coalflyashparticulateskillforests[67]andexacerbateforestfires[28].• Atmosphericparticulatesreduceavailablesunlighttothedetrimentofcrops[73]justasthey

reducetheenergyoutputofsolarcells[74].• Particulatematterthatsettlesonleavesreducestranspirationandhampersgrowth[75].• Particulatematterthatsettlesinwaterbodiespromotesharmfulalgalblooms[76].• Rainwater-extracted elements from aerosol particulates, including toxins such as

chemically-mobilealuminum,uponwettingtheleaves,becomeconcentratedbyevaporationanddripdowntopoisontheroots[67].

• Airpollutionparticulatesaretheleadingenvironmentalcauseofmorbidityandmortalityworldwide[77,78].

• Air pollution spherical magnetite particulates are found in the brains of persons withdementia[79].

• Reactiveironmagneticparticulateswererecentlyfoundinabundanceinheartsofpersonsfromhighlypollutedareas[80].

• Airpollutionisamajorcontributortobothstrokeandneurodegenerativedisease[37,79,81].

• Airpollutionparticulateparticlespenetratedeep into lungsandsystemic circulationandcontributetostroke,heartdisease[80],lungcancer[35],COPD[36],respiratoryinfections[82],andasthma[83].

• Airpollutionparticulatesareariskfactorforincreasedpremenopausalbreastcancer[84].• Airpollutionparticulatesareariskfactorfordecreasedmalefertility[85].• Airpollutionparticulatesareariskfactorforcognitivedeclineatallages[86].• AirpollutionparticulatesareariskfactorforAlzheimer’sDementialaterinlife[86].• Airpollutionparticulatesareariskfactorforchildrenhavingcognitivedefects[87,88].• AirpollutionparticulatesareariskfactorforAutismSpectrumDisorderinchildren[89,90].• Airpollutionparticulatesareariskfactorforcognitivedeclineinolderwomen[91].• Airpollutionparticulatespotentiallyexacerbatesusceptibilityandmortality,anddiminish

immuneresponsetotheSARS-CoV-2virus[25]Considerwhatbenefits theUnitedNations itselfderives from theUNsanctionedandmandatedenvironmentmodificationofmeltingpolarice.Since1989,theUnitedNations’IntergovernmentalPanelonClimateChange(IPCC)hasgarneredvastsumsofmoneyfromcontributingnationswhilepromulgating the false narrative that global warming is caused by carbon dioxide and othergreenhousegases,when in factparticulateairpollution is a farmoreefficientmeansof causingglobalwarming[42-46].The fact thathundredsof IPCCscientistssystematically fail to take intoaccount,orevenmention,theaerialparticulateemplacement[92]isprimafacieevidenceoffraud.Moreover,thesystematicdestructionthatinevitablywilloccurasaresultofdisruptingthethermal

UNITEDSTATESDEEPSTATECOMPLICITYPoisoningtheairwebreathe,thewaterwedrink,pervertingthenaturalprocessesthatmakelifeonEarthpossible,anddeceivingthepubliconmattersofhealth,wesubmit,isdiabolicallycontrarytoAmericanprinciplesexpressedintheDeclarationofIndependenceas“SafetyandHappiness”andin the U. S. Constitution as “generalWelfare” and should be prohibited [93]. But it takes placesystematically,atgreatpublicexpense,andisorchestratedbyDeepStateoperatives,aswedisclosein the following non-exhaustive evidentiary examples. Of these, the first is clearly the mostdisturbing. No one should deceive the public of health risks including, and especially, the U.S.NationalInstitutesofHealth.

• Commentaries warning of the global health risks of the tropospheric particulate aerialsprayingwererejectedwithoutreviewbyEnvironmentalHealthPerspectives,apublicationoftheU.S.NationalInstitutesofHealth[94],buteventuallyitwaspublishedelsewhere[41].

• Misleadingclaimsweremadeinthescientificliteraturethattheaerialparticulate-trailsarejustharmlessice-crystalcontrailsbynon-scientistMickWestandthreescientists[95].Whena rebuttal of this claim was submitted, the journal refused to publish it, in defiance ofscientificnorms[96].

• One of us (JMH) submitted amanuscript to the Proceedings of the National Academy ofSciences(USA)[PNAS]entitled“NewEvidenceofAerosolizedToxinsintheLowerAtmosphere.”ThePNASEditorialBoardrejectedthepaperwithoutreviewbecause it “lackedthebroadappealnecessaryforfurtherconsiderationbythejournal”[97].

• Intelligence-agencyoperativeswereresponsibleforcoercingtwofacultymembersofU.S.universities, serving as editors of public health journals, to retract two peer-reviewed,publishedpublichealtharticleswithouteverallowingtheauthor(JMH)toseeandrespondto their allegations in flagrantdisregardof scientificpublishingnorms [98,99]andwithwantonlackofconcernforpublichealth.

• Oneofus(JMH)wrotelyricstomusicinordertoeducatethepublicaboutthedangersoftheaerialspraying.Thesewerebeautifullyperformed,andpostedonYouTube[100].ButthenGoogleaddedbeloweachthedefinitionofcontrail,thesameliepromulgatedbytheU.S.AirForce,MickWest,andothers[101].

• TheWikipediapageofoneofus(JMH)hasbeenminimizedandcorruptedbyDeepStateoperatives,andbearsnoresemblancetohisscientificandhumanitarianaccomplishments[102].

The Deep State and the globalist cabal benefit from the so-called “peaceful” “environmentalmodification”bybeingabletoplayGodwiththeEarth’snaturalweathersystems,causingchaosanddevastationthatcanbeusedtofomentmiseryandeconomicdevastation,asurewaytokeeptheUnited States in a state of constant conflict. CONCLUSIONSAnyactionundertakenasaconsequenceofaninternationaltreaty,suchasENMOD[9],mustbeadministratedintheUnitedStatesbytheDepartmentofState.During the Obama Administration, the amount, duration, and geographic range of the aerialparticulate jet-emplacement increasedmarkedlyduringthetermsofSecretariesofStateClintonandKerry.NeithertheynorPresidentObamawerefansofthemilitary,butclearlytheyfacilitatedsaidmandatedUnitedNations’sanctionedenvironmentalmodification[9].Likely,multipleagenciesof governmentwere corrupted to serve that secret agenda, including the National Institutes ofHealth[94]andtheEnvironmentalProtectionAgency[105].AMay6,2019articleinTheObserverstated[106]:

WecontendthatU.S.SecretaryofStateMikePompeohasbeendupedintobelievingthatENMOD[9]mandatedenvironmentalmodification,overseenbytheagencyheheads,whichentailsmeltingpolarice,isharmless,ratherthanrecognizingthatitconstitutescovertglobalwarfareagainstthecitizensoftheUnitedStates.WithDeepStateoperativesembeddedthroughoutthegovernment,itisdifficultforoutsiderslikeustogetamessagethroughthatsieve.AsSecretaryofStatePompeograduatedfromtheUnitedStatesMilitaryAcademy,firstinhisclass,inFebruary2020wereachedout to the USMA Chief of Staff requesting that he convey our information about globalenvironmentalwarfaretoSecretaryPompeo.Herefused,whichwefinddifficulttounderstand.So,wearenowreachingouttotheJointChiefsofStaff.ItisdoubtfulthatSecretaryPompeoisawarethattheENMOD[9]programhisagencyadministrateswasconceived indeceitand, in fact,constitutesenvironmentalwarfareagainstAmericaandhercitizensthatdamageshumanandenvironmentalhealthinmultipleways[6,7].Further,SecretaryPompeo ought to know that opening a Northern passage would be a strategic blunder, givingChinesewarshipsgreaterabilitytothreatenourEastcoastandEurope’sWestcoast.TheUnitedStatesAirForce,itsplannersandcontractors,wesubmit,wereco-optedbyaforeignentitytoengageinenvironmentalwarfareagainsttheirownnation,ledtobelievethattheyhadtheright to corrupt Earth’s natural atmosphere to benefit their own ill-conceived ideas of globalweather,climate,andelectromagnetic-radiationcontrolandutilization,andledtobelievethattheycould,withimpunity,inflictdevastatinghumanharmandsuffering,anddisruptagricultureandthenaturalenvironment.AllthisreflectssystemicfailureintheU.S.militaryacademyeducationthatallows American military officers to engage in inhumane activities against American citizenswithouteverquestioningtheirmoralityorlegality.Thereseemstobean inherentresistancewithinthemilitary foranymilitaryofficer toquestioncurrent activities, at least that is our experience in another connection [107]. But that isfundamentallywrong, as advances often come fromquestioning extant ideas. In conclusion,wemust with due humility emphasize that no military asset is worth damaging human andenvironmentalhealthonanationalorplanetary-scale.Thatiseventruerwhenonerealizesthatthemilitary has been co-opted to conduct environmental warfare against its own citizens by adeceptively-worded, Trojan horse, United Nations sanctioned, international treaty, whosesignatoriespresumablyweredupedintosigninginthefalsebeliefthattheywerepreventinghostileenvironmentalwarfare.
