Gentlemen,
As we ease closer to spring, I know we are all looking forward to warmer weather. Now halfway through the Spring Semester many of us are spread throughout the country on our Spring Break Trips. Some are finding warmer weather in Florida whereas some are enjoying the snowy slopes.
I am sure every one of you remembers the all nighters and last minute cramming during the week of mid-terms. This past week was our week of mid-terms and most of the student body experienced these.

As we saw each other on campus, one of the most common phrases was, “I am SO tired!!” Also with this past week being our PUSH (Philanthropy) week, it just increased our stress and decreased our amount of sleep each night. However, we all prevailed and made it successfully to Spring Break. Just a heads up, we will be organizing a mass yard sale this summer. Alumni are more than welcome to bring stuff by for the sale. More details in the “Events” section of the newsletter. the final payment dateMarch 19th.

1. Where did you grow up? I grew up in the small community of Lyles, TN. 2. Did you take part in sports/extra curricular, include Middle/High school? Yes, I was active in both middle and high school. The majority of my extra curricular activities were student government related. I also spent a lot of time volunteering at local nonprofit agencies and local political races.
3. What are your hobbies? I enjoy a variety of things. I guess my main hobby would be the sport of politics. I also enjoy football and basketball. And, on the rare occasions that I make it back home, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and my friends. 4. Why did you choose MTSU? I decided to attend MTSU for the political science program. I had been introduced to a professor in the department and was very impressed with the program. 5. Why did you choose Pi Kapp? I read an ad in the campus newspaper about “building” a fintriguing to me, so I attended an information session.
