Catering Policies1. To ensure full menu availability, final menu selections and
attendance numbers must be confirmed two (2) business days· prior to the event. An administration fee of $10 / change will be added to the final bill if changes to selections and numbers are made less than two (2) business days× prior to the event.
2. Every effort will be made to accommodate short notice requests, however please note there may be limited menu availability.
3. Special meal requirements, allergies and dietary substitutions are available upon request and must be arranged prior to the event.
4. The final bill will reflect the amount ordered and will not be adjusted based on consumption.
5. Hot lunches require a minimum order of 10 unless otherwise specified. Groups numbering less will be charged for 10.
6. Any deliveries for groups under 5 will have an additional delivery charge of $10.
7. All food and beverage is subject to applicable taxes and a 15% service charge. Prices are subject to change without notice.
8. Notice of cancellation of the order must be received two (2) business days× or 48 hours prior to the event or the applicable fee will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged for the full amount. a. Cancellation within 24 hours of the function (for groups under 50 people) will result in having to pay the entire bill for the food ordered. The person or group cancelling will be provided the option to take the food at the desired start time of the function or to just cancel the food completely. b. Cancellation within 48 hours of the function (for functions over 50 people) will result in having to pay the entire bill for the food ordered. 9. Boffins Food Services offers day catering services between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
10. Any unreturned catering supplies or equipment will be billed to your final invoice.

ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY
The Candle and Span Rooms must be cancelled ten (10) business days× prior to the scheduled event in order to avoid a cancellation penalty. The Golden and Philae Rooms must be cancelled five (5) business days× prior to the scheduled event in order to avoid a cancellation penalty. All other rooms require two (2) business days· prior to the scheduled event in order to avoid a cancellation penalty.
Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the total room rate.
