In our case, loss-free transmission means the compres-sor makes full use of the motor's power output. Thisincreases efficiency and thus reduces operating costs.
Our designs, however, generally pursue severalobjectives: long service lives and low maintenancecosts are two examples - in short, everything whichfalls under the keyword "quality".
Quality also means production accuracy and reliabili-ty. For ALUP SCREWCOMPRESSORS, this term also stands for acompact construction, perfection of the oil circulation,an effective cooling system, excellent sound insulationand vibration absorption as well as intelligent controlelectronics.
THE LONG SERVICE LIFE OF ALUP SCREW/COMPRESSORSproves that we achieve our goals. They would onlymake way for a new development but do not have tothanks to a perfect spare parts supply.
DRIVEN BY COSTUMERTHE PRINCIPli OPERATION
The SCK 51-151 series presented here uses screwrotors to compress the air in 4 phases just likeall other ALUP SCREWCOMPRESSORS (see figure on page 7).Power is transmitted to the shafts via V-belts.
THE TECHNOLOGYALUP SCREWCOMPRESSORS are equipped with a maintenance-free V-belt drive which transmits the drive power outputof 37 to 110 kW mostly loss-free and thus nearlyachieves the service life of a gear bearing.The cooling system is equipped with its own fan whichcan be adapted to the cooling requirement and doesnot put a strain on the compressor's motor. The large-surface finned cooler itself is easy to clean. The oil tem-perature is regulated in an optimum way. The circula-tion is free of oil bubbles.
The ALUP SCK 51-15 series has volume flows ofbetween 5.9 and 1 8.76 m3/min. The standardservice pressures are 8, 10 and 1 3 bar. Thanks tothe high running smoothness and good sound insula-tion, these compressors can be set up in the proximityof workplaces. An easily replaceable oil-separatingcartridge with a residual oil content of 2-4 mg/m3
ensures a high air quality. These screw compressorsare designed for continuous operation around theclock. They stand out for their long service life,low maintenance requirements as well as minimumenergy costs.
