Christopher Froome (born 20 May 1985) is a British professional road racing cyclist and winner of the 2013 and 2015 Tour de France, riding for UCI ProTeam Team Sky on both occasions.[4][5] Brought up in Kenya and South Africa, he has ridden since 2008 under a British licence on the basis of his passport and his father's and grandparents' country of birth.
