CHEMISTRY 1
Define the ff:
Bond or Chemical Bond: is an attraction betwee an atoms that allows the formation of chemicalsubstances that contain two or more atoms. The bond is caused by the electrostatic force of attraction between opposite charges, either between electrons and nuclei, or as the result of a dipole attraction.
Polarity: In chemistry, polarity refers to a separation of electric charge leading to a molecule or its chemical groups having an electric dipole or multiple moment. Polar molecules interact through dipole–dipole intermolecular forces and hydrogen bonds.
Solubility: is the property of a solid, liquid, or gaseous chemical substance called solute to dissolve in a solid, liquid, or gaseous solvent to form a solution of the solute in the solvent.
Ointment: A topical medication is a medication that is applied to body surfaces such as the skin or mucous membranes to treat ailments via a large range of classes including but not limited to creams, foams, gels, lotions, and ointments.

Sizes of capsule
Capsule Sizing Information. "00" holds about 735 mg. "0" size holds about 500 mg. #1 holds about 400 mg. #2 about 300 mg. #3 about 200 mg. One teaspoon will fill about 7 "0" capsules and about 5 "00"capsules. The weight depends on the density of the powder you are using.
Different ointment bases
Ointment Bases
There are five (5) classes or types of ointment bases which are differentiated on the basis of their
physical composition. These are:
oleaginous bases
absorption bases
water in oil emulsion bases
oil in water emulsion bases
water soluble or water miscible bases
