Ingredients:
2 cups of chicken stock

Shallot 1 Lemongrass 1 Galanga 10g Kaffir Lime 2 leaves
Put the two cups of chicken stock into a pan and add the ingredients “A” into the boiling chicken stock.
Ingredients B:
Mushroom 50g Shrimp 2 Thai chili paste 2 table spoon
Ingredients B:
Mushroom 50g Shrimp 2 Thai chili paste 2 table spoon
Add the ingredients “B” into the boiling soup

Ingredients C:
Milk 1/4 cup Cherry Tomato 7 Cili 3 Fish Sauce 1.5 table spoon
Add milk and boil it once, then add the other ingredients into the pan
Ingredients:
Lime 3 table spoon Spring Onion Coriander for the garnish
Take off the pan from the heat and add lime juice & the spring onion.
To finish with, arrange some coriander on the top for the garnish!
