America itself.• Famous political theorist, politician, postmaster, scientist, inventor, civic
activist and a diplomat.• He played a significant role in the American revolution and in the creation
of the 13 colonies.• He influenced many European scientists. Overseas he was the main
person associated with America.• He is mostly known for his inventions ( the lighting rod, bifocals, etc.)• His face is on the US hundred dollar bills to pay tribute.
