Obesity Rate
The obesity rate in Humboldt is 23.7%, compared to the
national average of 35.7%.
From the 100 random participants at HSU, people rate
themselves on an average of 3.5 out of 5 on how healthy
they think they are.
The rated knowledge of the Paleo Diet was only 2 out of

system from 0-5 with 0 being
none and 5 being the highest.
