catalysts.

Shapers of positive experiences.

Breath of fresh air.

An accelerant.

What attitude do they bring?

Willingness to serve.

Builder of confidence.

Connector of people.

Constant collaboration.

Keeper of cadence.

Continuous learning.

What characteristics do they foster and develop?

Neutral facilitator.

Intense observation.

Relationship builder.

Process conscience.

Knowledgeable teacher.

Consistent coaching.

Willing servant.
