Our Plant
Our annual capacity for bricks is 20000 tons & Monolithics is 15000 tons.
For round the clock QUALITY CONTROL and R & D we have got well equipped Laboratory in our plant for testing of all related properties pertaining to Refratories.
Our Plant is equipped with High Temperature Fired Tunnel- Kiln Gas & Oil Fired to go up to 1600 Deg.C for firing of our products at elevated temperature.Besides this we have-

Refractory bricks are made of Alumino Silicate material along with smallquantities of other minerals.01
These bricks are essentially made to resist high temperature but also have alow thermal conductivity inorder serve greater energy efficiency.02

Castables and Precast Blocks
Refractory castables comprise a large and diverse group of materials in the family of mono-
lithic (shapeless) refractories. Progressing from simple mixes, refractory castables today
comprise some very complex and technical formulations, finding use in a variety of very
demanding and severe applications.
PCPF Blocks are used in varied high temprature applications like Kiln Furniture, Tundish
Refratctory and Critical & intricate shapes.
