CASEWORKER Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. A
recommended contribution of $2.50 is
requested of eligible members per
meal. The cost for all others is only
$5. Meal reservations and
cancellations must be made at least
three days in advance. Members
without a lunch reservation may have
a “standby” based on availability.
LUNCH
The annual membership fee is $20
for Phoenix residents and $40 for
non-residents. Your membership
gives you access to any of 15
Phoenix senior centers. A visitor
pass is available for two FREE visits.
MEMBERSHIP
Totalride provides flexible taxi
service to and from the center for
eligible participants. Please contact

TRIPS Note: Programs, Classes, Events, and Trips are subject to change.
Please arrive at least one hour prior to the time listed.
There must be at least 5 participants signed up in order for a trip to be scheduled. A maximum of
15 participants per trip will be allowed per trip unless otherwise specified.
Transportation per trip is $2, unless a waiver is present on the Participant’s Taxi Shuttle Card.
The $2 fee will be collected at the time of sign up.
Registration for trips closes two weeks prior to the trip date or when registration reaches capacity.
Participants are responsible for funding any and all cost of the trip.
REFUND
Cancellation refunds will only be given to participants who notify center staff five business
days before the trip date.
WAITLIST
When a trip has reached capacity, participants will be placed on a limited waitlist
If a cancellation occurs, participants will be notified in the order they were placed on the waitlist.
The participant is responsible for paying the $2 required fee on the day of the trip.
NO-SHOWS
Participants who register and are no –show for the trip, without notification, are subject to having
trip privileges temporarily revoked. Trip suspension can be anywhere from the remainder of that
trip month up to six months, depending on the amount of no –shows.
