• The Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) nonrechargeable and rechargeable batteries support the Combat Survivor Evader Locator Radio.
• The CSEL Radio is utilized across the Department of Defense.
• Usage of the CSEL batteries is across all combat personnel of all services to transmit secure, digital GPS-derived location information and both keyed-in and scanned messages.
• This capability will allow rescue forces to receive the message from anywhere in the world via over-the-horizon communication satellites.

The ON-373B/GRC is an interconnecting group used in conjunction with Radio Test Set AN/GRM-122 to provide the direct maintenance for Ground SINCGARS Line-Replaceable Units.
