The public interface allows the public to access the database through addresses
of the type: http://'country-or-cityname'.e-regulations.org . We can also add
www before the country name. E-regulations is also accessible without the dash.
For example, the direction www.'country-or-cityname'.eregulations.org is alsopossible.
The site is composed of four levels:

b. Middle photo: can be changed and should be an image related to the
investment objective which is being consulted *
c. Colour: the same as in the home page
d. Text: generated by the data base (name of the selected objective).
Level 4
a. Text: explanation which applies to the whole objective and all the sub-
objectives *
b. Sub-objectives:
In gray the sub-objectives (non clickable) *
In orange, the sub sub-objectives or specific operations (which lead to
the steps) *

This page is divided in two parts:

Left part: list of the steps
a. Number of steps: indicates the total number of mandatory and optional steps in
the procedure.
b. Blocks: indicates the name of the block and the number of steps composing the
block.
c. Name of the step: indicates the name of the step. Click on the name of a step
opens it sheet in the right part of the screen.
Right part: summary of the procedure
1. Title of the summary Title of the summary sheet
2. Print button Button for opening the printing tool
3. Summary pagebutton
Button for the summary page, deactivated if alreadyon the summary page.
4. Previous step Button for the previous step, deactivated if already on
the summary page
5. Next step Button for the next step, which is the first of the
procedure if already on the summary page

entities in charge
List with pictures of all the entities in charge where the
user has to go for completing the procedure

This page is divided in two parts:

Right part: sheet of the step
Left part: list of the steps
a. Number of steps: indicates the total number of mandatory and optional steps in
the procedure.

a. Entity in charge Photo, name, website, physical address, telephone
and fax of the entity (Ministry, Authority, etc.) in
charge of the step.
b. Unit in charge Photo, name, email and telephone of the office in
charge of the step within the entity.
c. Person in charge Photo, name, email and telephone of the head of the
unit, or of the person directly in charge of the
procedure in the unit (when there is only one person).
8. Result of the step Document(s) that is obtained at the end of the step9. Requirements Required documents, with a preview and the number
of original, copies or authenticated copies that need to
be submitted to the person in charge to obtain the
expected result of the step.
10. Costs List of the costs that the user needs to pay in this step.
11. Duration
Waiting time in
queue
Minimum and maximum time (range) from the moment
that the user enters the office and the moment when
the person in charge takes care of his request.
Time spent at thecounter
Minimum and maximum time the user spends at thecounter.

Time until the next
step
Minimum and maximum time the user has to wait
before undertaking the next step (usually for picking
up the document which is requested in the current
step).
12. Legal justification Name of the norm (law, decree, circular etc.) which
justifies the step and its elements, with the exact
indication of where it can be found (chapter, section,etc.). Generally a link or a document containing the
norm is attached.
13. Additional information Additional information given to this step
14. Certification Name of the entity, and the authority within the entity,
who certifies that the elements of the step are correct,
with the date of certification.
15. Online complain Links for reporting a mistake in the step or suggesting
simplification of the procedure.
10. Recourse Person to whom the user can complain in case he
disagrees with the official in charge of the step.Usually this person is the immediate superior to the
person in charge.
