This document includes details of required certification environment, XPhone versions to be tested and contact details.
Proposed test dates C4B proposed the following dates for the interface functionality test between OpenScape 4000 v7 and the XPhone Connect client/server solution.

Certification: Test of the CTI/UM/AnyDevice/Conference functionality and the features of XPhone Connect client.

Description: XPhone Connect Client applications to monitor and handle the phone lines of one or more users. It uses the XPhone Server application to connect to the OpenScape 4000. These client applications are installed on a desktop PC.
Test Network: Test Configuration: See figure in section 3.3.
2.2 Test Strategy
The main goal is to test:
• the interfaces between the OpenScape 4000 and the C4B products • the system failure/recovery behaviour • the main functionality
The interface between the XPhone server and the OpenScape 4000 is CSTA and SIP based.
2.2.1 Test Intensity
Scopes of the tests are to execute / to verify the solution performs within the limits of the system requirements, targeting the end product. To accomplish this, feature and solution based test cases are created, inspected, and executed under a real system environment (mirroring as close as possible real customer's environment).
Note: The testing of the product with regard to compliance to requirements for Product Safety, EMV, Network Access Interfaces and Radiation Protection were not performed.
2.2.2 Measuring / Test Instruments
Tracing and monitoring available on all IP phones, servers, gateways and laptops. No special hardware required.

2.4 Test Result Summary
C4B XPhone Connect has been successfully tested with OpenScape 4000 V7
2.4.1 Problems
1. Test 60: AnyDevice Consultation -> Conference is not possible.
- The option is available - The Conference Room will created - But the calls will not transferred into the Conference
Needs further investigation from XPhone Connect side.
2.4.2 Restrictions
1. Test 52: Not supported in actual client version. Will be implemented in future “XPhone Connect Client” release. Needs further investigation from XPhone Connect side.
2. Test 56: Not supported on OS4K HFA IP phones.
3. Test 57&58&59: The display info is not updated after the call is transferred or redirected/deflected. The initial called party number (B-party) is shown on C-party. Will be implemented in future “XPhone Connect Client” release. Needs further investigation from XPhone Connect side.
2.4.3 Remarks
1. General “XPhone AnyDevice” Number display format on the Openstage phones is shown in national format with leading zeros.

3 Configuration
3.1 XPhone Applications
3.1.1 Configuration Guidelines
C4B XPhone was configured by C4B personnel for the certification test due to system settings of the switch in the certification lab.
The XPhone server application runs on the following operating systems
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 / 2012 / 2008 R2 (SP1) (64 Bit)
The XPhone client application runs on the following operating systems:
• Windows 8.1 Pro / Enterprise (32/64 bit) • Windows 8 Pro / Enterprise (32/64 bit) • Windows 7 Professional (32/64 bit)
Note: Recent Windows service packs are mandatory for XPhone Server and client operation.

3.2.1.1 CSTA Link
No special configuration necessary, for more info see chapter 5.
3.2.1.2 XCAPI Link
Fax/Voice Mail connectivity is also supported by XCAPI (IP channels). XCAPI test licenses are automatically included and are sufficient for certification purposes. These are fully functional but insert a black stripe on tests faxes or a sound bite in the voice mails. No special configuration necessary, for more info see chapter 4.

4 Test Results in detail
4.1 Test with Call Processing
This test part checks the correct connection of the OpenScape 4000 system to the C4B XPhone Connect computing system. For that different call scenarios are executed.
4.1.1 Startup, Configuration and Administration XPh one Server

5 Configuration Data
5.1 OpenScape 4000
5.1.1 AMO & WBM Configuration for Native SIP Trunk (CTI & UM)
Both SIP trunks where configured in the same way with the only exception for the “TCP/UDP” ports in the STMI WBM profile proxy configuration ( See screenshot below). There for the configuration of only one NSIP trunk is reported.
