Weigh50 g of ground sample
Add 2 or 4 sachets of extrac-tion powder
2. Select and fill in the test data on the touch screenof Mycomaster. When finished peel the tape of the Zearalenon strip.
3. Pipet 300 μl dilutedextract into samplecompartment and reseal the tape.
4. IMPORTANT:Make sure to pipet slowlyand upright! If not done properly an INVALID RESULT will appear.
ResultRange of Zearalenon with diluted extract between 25-1400 ppb.
Add250 ml still bottled water
ExtractShake vigorously for at least 1.5 minutes; do not exceed 2.5 min
ClarifyCentrifuge for 20 seconds
FilterPass extract through 0.45 μm filter
Shake

Prepare1,200 μl diluted extractShake for 5 seconds
