Zajil’s vision is to be a leading Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Service Provider in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. Wordsfrom our Managing Director and CEO

Executive Management

32

In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful.

I would like to express my gratitude to all of Zajil’s valued customers and alliance partners, for their trust and for being part of our successful journey of almost 25 years. It is because of this trust that Zajil is a major telecom player in the region today. But as we all are experiencing today, the pace of change is greater than ever and we all face new challenges every day in our jobs and in our personal lives. It is evident that those who can handle change are the most fullled and those who fear change will nd it hardest to thrive. As rightly put by Charles Darwin, “It is not the strongest or the most intelligent who will survive but those who can best manage change”.

Our industry is no exception and is going through a major transition. The core connectivity services are becoming more and more commoditized with the advancement in technology and increased competi-tion through globalization. At the same time new opportunities are knocking our doors. These new opportunities also have the potential to take Zajil to new heights on a global scale.

Zajil saw this change coming right in time and started its journey to transition itself more than three years ago. We invested heavily to reinvent ourselves and build expertise on new services including Cloud & Managed Services and Media Services. We believe that these new services will bring a lot of value to our esteemed customers who need a “Trusted ICT Partner”.
