Congregate in the Registration Area at Rudder and walk to the Rosenthal Meat Science and Technology Center
9:00am Live Cattle Evaluation –Mr. Brant Poe Carcass Grading and Evaluation – Dr. Dan Hale View Video of Cattle Feedyard and Packer Virtual Tour Review Carcasses from the Cattle on the Video Carcass to Boxed Beef – Dr. Davey Griffin
12noon Walk back to MSC for Lunch and trade show activities 1:30pm Afternoon Program
Youth will attend the General Session at Rudder Auditorium with their Parent
