About Us

Octave-UCME is a pioneer Tokenised Marketplace and community concept for

consumers and businesses worldwide. It enables a totally decentralised commercial

relationship between businesses and users, based on proximity. It offers a user-

friendly, new and unique communication and payment model.

Octave-UCME operates its own payment platform for FIAT and

Users (Bartcoiners) receive Bartcoin tokens (BARC) for every purchase they make

through the Youseeme app. Those are delivered into the user’s Youseeme wallet, as

loyalty points. Bartcoiners can subsequently use these loyalty Bartcoins to make

purchases, or they can convert them into fiat.

Alternatively, using their Bartwallet, they can trade them for other cryptocurrencies, like

Bitcoin and Ethereum

To gain exposure in the Youseeme mobile marketplace, businesses can build their

Mobile commerce page, free-of-charge, with the user-friendly app inbuilt tool. They

The major players are large corporations offering services exclusively to other big players.

Legal Matters

Compliance with legal requirements and following the rules of law is the guiding principle of Youseeme. The platform’s operations are conducted exclusively within legal frameworks, established by legislative acts in the field of regulating cryptocurrency and token operations, as well as matters pertaining to conducting ICOS. In order to provide users with optimal conditions for depositing/withdrawing funds, Youseeme is currently in the process of acquiring PSP and E-money licenses. France was chosen for jurisdiction purposes because of the French government’s positive disposition towards technology, and particularly in the field of Blockchain and crypto-asset technology. Soft legislations, regulating the crypto market are in the process of being implemented. In addition, France is a member of the European Union; therefore, licenses obtained in France apply throughout the entire EU territory. Youseeme is looking to secure equivalent licenses in North America and Asia. This will increase our user base exponentially, thus increasing business and liquidity, and creating more beneficial and more competitive terms for our traders. No ICO visa is needed in France today. Our ICO will be totally carried out within the Crypto Community, and crypto money sphere. Bartcoin Risk Warning

The trading of goods and products, real or virtual, as well as virtual currencies involves

significant risk. Prices can and do fluctuate on any given day. Due to such price

fluctuations, you could increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment. Any

currency - virtual or physical - may be subject to large swings in value and may even

confidence, which could collapse demand relative to supply. For example, confidence

could collapse in Bartcoin because of unexpected changes imposed by the software

developers or a government crackdown, the creation of other compelling alternative

We use our banking providers in order to receive client money and make payments.

How we Minimise Risk

The money received in the bank account is allocated to each user’s wallet. The

total amount is under escrow dedicated to the user

The Youseeme business model enables transactions exclusively between

registered merchants and registered users. The KYC and KYCC must be

completed before any E-wallet exchange, payment transfer or financial transaction

takes place.

This reduces the risk to 2 % and prevents money laundering.

The Youseeme model doesn’t allow money withdrawal to any IBAN account.

Money withdrawing can be done only to the Youseeme KYC2 user personal IBAN

account or to another Youseeme user’s KYC2 IBAN account.

Money transfers between Youseeme users cannot exceed 200 € and a maximum

of 5 transactions monthly, also it is limited to 2500 € yearly.

Repetitive transactions are closely verified.

The Youseeme model is mainly applied to proximity transactions between users

and merchants both geo-localized. 95% of the transactions are within a 10 km

perimeter. Beyond that distance, a monitoring alert is sent to a human supervisor.

International transactions that take place between users or merchants are closely

monitored and reported to a human supervisor.

The Youseeme E-wallet for cryptocurrencies follows the same rules and

conditions. It is not designed for large, high-risk speculations.
