Quick & Nutritious “Breakfasts on the Go” Cheese stick with marinara sauce to dip and a box of raisins or a banana Cereal in a cup (whole grain and high protein is best!) and a piece of fruit How about a Breakfast Burrito?? (Whole grain tortilla/wrap is best!) Fill it with: Eggs and SalsaVeggies and Cheese, Nut or Soy Butter and Bananas (I like to drizzle that with honey!) Is your son NOT a breakfast eater?? Send breakfast as his morning snack He may actually WANT to eat it then! (No peanut/nut products, please.) Thank you Nurse Aimee for sharing "Healthy Habits" with the "Reuven Review" After learning all about the halachos of the Arba minim, the seventh grade were treated to an amazing trip to an Arba minim seller! They examined and discussed the different esrogim and lulavim. Some of them baught their very own sets! Customers were very impressed with the boys excitement and behavior and commented on how privi- leged they are to learn at YOR that gives them the opportunity to learn about a hands on mitzva of arba mimim in such a mean- ingful way! Rabbi Prupas' 7th Graders Shopping for Arba Minim Rabbi Lowy invited the Rosh Ha’Ye- shivah one day to answer a ques- tion that a talmid asked, “Why should I daven? “The Rosh HaYeshi- va prepared the question even harder. Hashem knows what we need stronger; for example, if we daven for a person that needs a refuah sheleima doesn’t Hashem know that the person is sick and needs a refuah sheleima? The an- swer is, Hashem purposely created the world in a way that we have to daven and ask for things. He wants us to have a relationship with Him, and that we should have to be close to Him. What a strong and important message everyone learned.The talmidim then contin- ued davening with geshmak! The Rosh Hayeshiva‘s Visit to Grade 4 Here is your golden opportunity to make 256 Yeshiva Ketana talmidim happy! Call Mrs. Needleman at 845 494 2360 if you would like to sponsor a monthly Rosh Chodesh treat this year. In the past, families have sponsored in honor of yahrtzeit, birthday and our amazing rebbeim and teachers.

The 8th Graders had a grand time and truly enjoyed every minute of their special hike! They were privileged to go with Rabbi Brodie and went to Harri-man State Park, which was so amazing! The boys were also treated to go to a fire tower and to a waterfall. Oh! Was that fun …
