If you’d like to continue your celebrations well into the evening, The Conservatory or The Barn will

welcome your guests with the perfect party venue. The Barn is totally self-contained and set back

from the main house. So you can dance the night away—and make Calcot all yours!

the ceremony

Overlooking a delightful walled garden, The Big Shed, located in our gorgeous historic Barn, features

contemporary interior design and can accommodate up to 100 guests for a memorable and unique civil

wedding ceremony. Outdoors, our unique tented space, The Pit, is also licensed for wedding ceremonies.

the reception

The Loft oozes relaxed luxury and Cotswold charm. Located on the first floor of The Barn and overlooking

the garden below, it’s the ideal place and entertain up to 150 guests for a fabulous feast, with live music or

entertainment afterwards, if you book exclusive use of the hotel. In between dancing the night away, guests

can also gather around our stunning outdoor tented fire pit, with cosy blankets and a delicious cocktail.

The Conservatory restaurant (available when Calcot is booked on an exclusive basis, including all hotel

bedrooms) is light and airy, with stunning views over our grounds and the Cotswolds countryside beyond.

We offer a wide choice of menus for you to choose from—featuring market fresh produce, locally sourced

wherever possible. You’re welcome to customise just as you wish and our passionate team will help you to

create a seasonal menu with your favourite dishes.

After the big day, there may be a few bleary

eyes, sore feet (or heads!) in the morning, but

the amazing memories of your day with us will

more than make up for it!

Wake up here at beautiful Calcot and enjoy a

sumptuous full breakfast menu, with perhaps

a restorative Bloody Mary or cheeky Bucks

Fizz to help soothe those sore heads... or be a

little less naughty and choose from our healthy

juices, smoothies and home-made muesli.

Your party can then make a day of it and enjoy

all that Calcot has to offer. Relaxing in the spa,

taking a walk along the Trim Trail or cosying

up in the lounge with a delicious afternoon tea,

catching up on all the stories and photos from

the night before.
