The output is confidential and secure. The profile addresses the attitudes and feelings that underpin sustainable effective behaviours and is made up of 16 EI scales. The EIP report gives a clear narrative on each scale which includes development suggestions and provides a normative comparison with like peer groups e.g. senior leaders, middle management etc. Reports are available in three levels of detail: Snapshot, Development and Executive. This ensures the profile is relevant and accessible to all levels of people in a business. In combination with the C4D personality profile (Factsheet #1) the EIP provides a powerful foundation for performance improvement.
