QUALIFICATION & ELEGANCE

Our manufacturing facility boasts enhancedproduction capacities for Eye and Ear Drops,Ointments, Liquid (Oral) Medicines, Coated andUncoated Tablets, Capsules and External Preparationsfor various therapeutic categories.

The manufacturing facility is equipped with the latesttechnology including automated and dedicatedprocess control systems, dust control mechanism,Bui ld ing Management System (BMS) andprocess–water management system providing with aready compliance to cGMP, ISO 9001:2000(E) and ISO14001.

In addition to quality assurance department'sprocedures at every stage of production, in-processchecks are also imposed, the results of which arecontinuously monitored and recorded. Materials areprocured from approved suppliers throughdocumented procedures, are quarantined until testedand released for use by the manufacturingdepartment.

To unlock broader vistas of opportunities, we arecurrently working towards international certificationsof our manufacturing facilities.

Delegates from the US, Europe, Asia, Middle East andAfrica have visited and admired the quality standardsof Remington's production facilities. This has led us toformalize transnational relationships and enhance ourstrategic partnerships with major internationalplayers.
