This conference room offers the unique possibility of an “in house bar” arranged by Karakter. Throughout your session the staff from Karakter will be present to provide your guests with the service you need. During a coffee break the staff will provide you with drinks and snacks that you choose from the menu. However, also throughout your session our staff will serve you discrete by make you a coffee or fill up your empty glasses. If your meeting is confidential, we can arrange a self-service bar where you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with just one push on the button. Our arrangements include staff and unlimited consumptions. There is a “Catering-set-up fee” of USD 60, -. With more than 20 people the fee will not be charged. Below you can find several arrangements. Of course, there are other possibilities; like enjoying a beer in the room or a delicious cocktail made by our bar staff at Koraal. If you have specific wishes, we will be happy to think with you.

After the meeting, presentation, brainstorm session or teambuilding it is time for some relaxation. That is possible with one of our special “after work” arrangements. For example, a toast on our secret (private) sunset platform with an amazing view over the Caribbean Sea. You can choose from different open bar arrangements, but we can also serve cocktails. For those who really want something special we offer nice, instructive and especially fun workshops.

Learn more about the wine countries, regions and grapes. In a short workshop we highlight the most popular wine countries. Also tasting and wine paring with food will be discussed. And of course, while enjoying fine wines and matching bites.

Dinner & event arrangements During your event there are several options available for your dinner arrangements. Below you will find our standard options. We can always change these standard options to your needs. For your dinner you can choose which table layout you would like and which chairs. For your dinner we can order long rectangular tables and put it on the water line at Karakter or we can order round tables to be placed on the beach. It’s also possible to dine at Koraal Rooftop terrace with breathtaking views. You can choose to have dinner at Karakter or Koraal. They both serve the same menu (3, 4 or 5 courses). Next to that we can also serve a BBQ buffet a shared dining experience or a walking dinner. These different menus and options are shown below.
