Article 1Presentation of Organizing BodyHEXIS, a public limited company with registered capital of EUR 10,000,000 with registered offices at ZI Horizons Sud – 34110 Frontignan, France, registered on the Montpellier Register of Companies under the number 351 372 677, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”, is organizing a competition, hereinafter referred to as “the Competition”. This regulation sets out the legal rules applicable to the Competition.

Article 2EntryThe Competition shall be free to enter. It shall be open to all main exhibitors and/or visitors at the SIGN, PRINT & PACK Norway, which shall take place from September 19 to 20, 2018, upon presentation of credentials.Employees of HEXIS may not enter.The Organizer hereby reserves the right to exclude, temporarily or permanently, any entrant who might impede the smooth running of the Competition through their conduct, and any entrant failing to comply with the provisions of these rules.

Article 3Principle of the CompetitionThe aim of the Competition is to award prizes to the four entrants having installed the HEXIS PVC films provided within the stipulated deadline, creating the predetermined shape quickly and producing the best final appearance (including finishes).Entrants in the day final on September 19, 2018 shall be required to attend the HEXIS booth, stand number C:50 at 3.00PM.The qualifiers will take place from 10.30AM to 11.00AM and from 1.30PM to 2:00PM, only 16 entrants may take part in each session. In the event of more than 16 entrants turning up, only the first 16 registered may take part in the day’s qualifier.A jury made up of HEXIS certified trainers shall decide on the 16 entrants chosen for the quarter-finals in accordance with the following criteria:- completion speed; - general appearance; - finishes.The jury will rank the top 4 installers of the day.Jury decisions shall be final and may not be appealed in order to ensure the progress of the Competition and so the results can be announced.The installer receiving the best score across the different criteria shall be named winner of the Final.The installer receiving the second best score across the different criteria shall be named Second in the Final.

The installer receiving the third best score across the different criteria shall be named Third in the Final.The installer receiving the fourth best score across the different criteria shall be named Fourth in the Final.In the event of a tie between multiple crews, the Winner, the Second, the Third and/or the Fourth may be named by the drawing of lots by a member of the jury.

Article 4Competition Prizes*The prizes shall be distributed as follows:Prize for each Competition Entrant:HEXIS Energy drink, HEXIS cap and HEXIS lanyards.Prize for the First in the Sign, Print & Pack Final:HEXIS mini fridge, HEXIS Energy drink, HEXIS cap and HEXIS bath towel.Prize for the Second in the Sign, Print & Pack Final:Audio Pro T3 speaker, HEXIS Energy drink, HEXIS cap and HEXIS bath towel.Prize for the Third in the Sign, Print & Pack Final:HEXIS Energy drink, HEXIS cap and HEXIS bath towel.Prize for the Fourth in the Sign, Print & Pack Final:HEXIS Energy drink and HEXIS bath towel.Under no circumstances may the prizes awarded be exchanged for monetary value in cash, check, bank transfer or any other consideration of any kind.

The prizes may not be transferred or assigned, for payment or otherwise.* The price can only go to a registered company and not a private person.

Article 5Awarding of the PrizesThe winners shall be notified immediately when the results are announced.This announcement will be confirmed to them by normal letter sent to the address indicated on the Competition registration form.

Article 6Acceptance and Publication of the RulesThe mere act of registering for the Competition shall imply full and unreserved acceptance of these rules filed at the head offices of HEXIS AB in Helsingborg, Sweden. The operating rules shall be sent free of charge to any person requesting them from the Organizer.

Article 7Use for Information and Promotional PurposesThe entrants hereby accept, unreservedly, that their surnames, first names, photos and photos of the vehicle may be used and circulated for information purposes and/or to promote this Competition and/or in visual communication on the Organizer’s behalf or by any other natural or legal person acting in its name.

This use and exploitation of their names and photos shall be free of charge and shall not give rise to any entitlement, benefit or remuneration of any kind and may be done on any internal or external communication medium for information and/or promotional purposes, as mentioned in the paragraph above.This authorization shall be granted for the years 2018 and 2019. In accordance with the French law on “freedom and information technology” of 6 January 1978, as amended in 2004, you have the right to view and correct the information held about you.You may exercise this right by contacting the Organizing body. You may also object to the processing of data held about you on legitimate grounds.

Article 8LiabilityThe Organizer shall in no event be liable for injury or damage caused by the use of the tools provided by him to apply HEXIS PVC Films. The Organizer hereby reserves the ability to cancel, postpone, shorten or modify the Competition where the circumstances justify such action, or even to replace one prize with a different prize of equivalent value without any liability arising on its part as a result.

Article 9DisputesAny objection to or complaint about this contest shall only be accepted if sent before September 30, 2018, as evidenced by the date as postmarked.Any objection or complaint will need to be expressed by registered letter sent to the contest organizer whose contact details appear in Article 1.This letter must specify the entrant’s full contact details and precise reasons for the objection. No other method of objection or complaint shall be accepted.HEXIS shall have sole authority to settle any issue regarding the application or interpretation of the rules or in the event of an omission therein, arising in connection with the running of this Competition. Its decisions shall be final.
