What can we do?1. We can pray

Everyday life at Bulawayo is soaked in prayer – devotions start at 4.30am – and they have three sets of devotions before school – and more at bed time.Prayer is a lifeline to Mark and Dorcas.Let’s pray for them.

What can we do?2. We can give

What can we do?Running a family of this size costs money – and the economy over in Zimbabwe makes things very difficult – as of now it costs about £1,800 a month – we have regular confirmed giving of about £800.Solar heating and a water pump would both be a huge blessing to them. And then there’s the car!

What can we do?The car they have has four seats. It used to be four wheel drive but only two of those work now – it rattles a lot and is forever in the shop for repairs. This is the kind of car they could use.

What can we do?We went to look at this one – it is ten years old - been quite a few miles and cost $11,500US!Everything over there is so expensive. I would love to be able to raise the cash to buy them a car.

What can we do?3. We could visit

Running this family is relentless. Mark and Dorcas are on the go all day every day.Having people visit is a huge encouragement to them. You get to live as part of this family – to experience what life is like over here and to engage with these amazing kids.
