“Millennials (Ages 18-33) are growing up at a tough time,”states Mike Hais, a market researcher. A recent survey showed that young adults ages 18-33 reported the highestaverage level of stress at 5.4. In being so young, it has a great impact on long-term health. 39% of this younger group reported that their stress level had increased in the past year, compared with 29% of those ages 67 or older. These young adults also admitted to feeling the least equipped to manage their stress we.(A. Sifferlin, 2013)

Brian Patterson is a graduate of Virginia Techonoly University, 2007, soon after he receiveda Master in Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Technologies. As his life progressed he met his futurewife, at age 28 and married within the next year. Married for two years with an expected firstchild on the way, he stablized his career at Gensler as a Senior Architect.

Gensler, one of the top 300 Architecturla firms, was thriving and expanding fast. The older management was preparing to relinquish seat to the next prodigy. Brian had all the licensedcharacteristics, with the exception of people interactions. Offered the position by the corporateCEO, with the counterclaim of completing a Commingle Mentorship Program. This offer wouldestablished Brian’s set professional, family, and career destination.

Considering the offer Brian reassessed the circumstances of the offer he realized his faults as a interverted technologo savvy pro. This was the beginning of You Matter Mentorship, Organization, which was to drive the Millennial generation persona into thier rightfully earned leadership positions.
