• In 2010 the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board received funding to assist NW Tribes with Public Health accreditation and Quality Improvement.

• At the time we were in the midst of redesigning our clinical system of care.

• We were also reorganizing in other areas, such as Community Health Services.

to be updated.• Need to partner with Community Health
