Homework1. Pupils to find a newspaper story linked to food hygiene and safety violation. Pretend you are an EHO, report your visit to the premises, 

your findings and actions.2. Bring in the ingredients to make Apple Crumb Pie.3. Draw a fridge and freezer and fill it with food products in he right places, annotate it to explain why those products must be stored there 

and what could happen if storage is wrong.4. Bring in the ingredients to make Savoury Plait.5. Create a Facebook profile for at least 3 chosen bacteria.6. Revise for a summative test.
