Year 11 Timetable for 11th-22nd May
Year 11 – last two weeks Guidance for students: 11th-22nd May
The timetables on the following pages show you when the exams are, and the
arrangements that are in place for your lessons over the last two weeks of
term 5. The golden rule is: unless you have an exam, you should be in your
normal lessons.
The only exceptions to this are shown on the timetables with “lessons
suspended” and further information provided.
Finished courses
Finishing a course means that you have completed all of the exams and
assessed work for a qualification. If you complete the course in any of your
lessons, you must bring revision work from other subjects to do in those
lessons. No students finish all their courses before half term, which means
everybody has courses to revise for.
If you are in a “finished course” lesson your teacher will be expecting you to
revise individually, independently, and in a quiet atmosphere. Please ensure
that you are fully prepared for this and respect your classmates’ revision as
well as your own.
Study Leave
Study leave begins on June 1st. From this date you will only be required to
attend school when you have exams. There will be rooms in school for private
study and revision each day if you need to use them; please check the exams
noticeboard outside Mr Edwards’ office for details of these rooms. Full uniform
is required whenever you attend school.
Library Books
Please make sure you have returned any books you have borrowed from the
Library before you go on study leave.
