Orifice Plate Choke Valve

Orifice plate chock valve is molded by two very special tungsten carbide metal plates with impact damage

resistance. Changing the concentricity of the up orifice and down orifice by rotation of one of the plate, to achieve

the adjustment of liquid or gas flow.

Orifice plate chock valve is used for manifold equipment, such as drilling, fracturing, mud circulating, ground

high-pressure gas injecting and producing, etc.The most remarkable feature of the valve is that pressure difference

between inlet and outlet can press the two orifice together closely to realize the function of sealing and cutting off

when it is closed. Especially in emergencies such as sudden rise or sudden drop of the pressure because of

leakage, it closes and cuts off automatically through pre-set pressure signal value of high and low pressure sensor.

Thus, accidents can be avoided. The outstanding advantage of this valve is that, it has long service life, and

characteristics of damage and wear resistance compared with other kinds of choke valve.

Choke Manifold

The chock manifold is to control the well kick, control the pressure of oil and gas well. Under the condition of BOP

closed, using the chock valve to ensure the certain casing pressure to maintain that the bottom hole pressure

always slightly greater than the formation pressure to avoid further formation fluid into the well. In addition, when

implementing shut-in, using the chock manifold to achieve soft shut-in. When the pressure in well is rising, using

the chock valve to release the pressure. The chock valve is divided into three types: manual adjustable, hydraulic

type and fixed type. When the borehole pressure rises to a certain limit, we can use chock manifold to open flow to

protect the well.

Kill manifold

Kill manifold is an important component part in the Wells pressure control equipment. When we can‘t get through

the normalcycle of the drill string, we can use kill manifold to pump into the drilling fluid in well to control pressure,

or we can blowout though the flow line it connect and we can pump into water and extinguishant. Fluid can only

one-way flow in kill manifold because of the non-return valve. Kill manifold is connected with drilling spool. The

other side is connected with slush pump.

welled of excellent alloyed steel pipes or applies casted tees; the pressure resistance for the welding processing is

60 Mpa and for casting processing is 70Mpa. For the control valve, it is mainly made by ball valves or plug vale, the

pressure resistance capacity is 70 Mpa. During the fracturing operation, the fracturing truck and the control vales

end is connected by 2”union; the surface pipeline to the well is connect by 2 1/2”union; The release valve is to

release the rest pressure and liquid of manifold;

Crown block

In accordance with the standard of API 4F,8A and 8c.

The sheave rope groove through quenched processing with wear-resistance , long-life .

Design Features :

Power End :

The frame is of welded-steel pale construction , with characteristics of high strength , good rigidity and light weight

due to internal stress eliminating treatment after being welded .

Integral herringbone gear drive is adopted for smooth running , high efficiency and long operating life . The crank

shaft is alloy steel castings .

Double-deck sealing is adopted in intermediate pull rod with sound sealing effect .

The power end adopts the lubricating method of forced lubrication combined with splash lubrication .

Fluid end :

The hydraulic cylinder material is alloy steel forging . Straightway hydraulic cylinder has good suction performance .

Suction valve and discharge valve on F series pump are interchangeable .

Pump F-500 uses API 5# valve ; pump F-800 and F-1000 use API 6# valve ; pump F-1600 uses API 7# valve.
