SJSZ Series Conical Twin-Screw Plasitc Extruder

Functions and construction:

The series Extruders with appropriate screws,dies and other auxiliaries can directly convert

thermoplastic expecialy RPVC powder into pipe,plate sheet,film and profile,and also provide

function of modifying and polluting.

The extruders are drived by D.C motor with a thyristor to step less regulate.They are also

equipped with the over-load protection and stoppage alsrmingsystem.The screws core and the

outside of barrels are cooled by the circulation of oil,the functions include vacuum venting and

forced feeding.
