The painted Mercedes LorryTruck is built with project panel plywoodand MDF for the smoothest nish. Finish is spray can Krylon orRust-Oleum white primer and color glosses. Krylon brush-on ColorCreations also works well. With both types of paint, apply 2 coatsof primer sanding each coat with 220 sandpaper when dry. Apply3 coats of color sanding with 400 sandpaper when dry. Apply nalcoat of Krylon Triple Thick Clear. All Krylon and Rust-Oleum paintsand nishes are non-toxic when dry.

Step 1:Referring to Plan Views on pages 22-23, glue and clamp two Part 14s andone Part 21 to Part 24. Let dry then glue and clamp two Part 1s to 14/14/21/24. Thetwo Part 1s are ush with the front edge of Part 24 and the inside edges of the twoPart 14s. See photo in Step 2 for reference. Let dry.
