X2 Elite global logistics network is an organizationestablished in 2012 as a professional and dynamicplatform for independently owned and managedsmall/medium sized freight forwarders and logisticsproviders that all share the same vision and mindsetto become part of an innovative, professional andquality-focused global network of freight and logisticsprofessionals. The company assigned RichardOverton as their chief advisor to ensure there is aclear and definitive direction for the group and thatit is managed to the quality levels that is expectedfrom such a dynamic platform.

Born in England and settled in Asia, Richard bringsmore than 17 years of Logistics operations andsenior management experience to X2 Elite. Priorto being assigned to X2 - Richard was the founderand CEO of Lognet Global – of which he developedand grew the business to be a premium logisticsnetwork with member coverage in over 400 citiesand 120+ countries – In 2012 Richard sold hisshares of the company to the WCA FAMILY.Previous to this he was Vice President of SpecialtyNetworks for the WCA FAMILY, where he developedniche network markets for the WCA as well asbeing the Managing Director for the WCA ProjectNetwork and being an integral member of theexecutive team. As well as gaining solid logisticsnetworking experience, Richard has also servedas Managing Director for Komatsu Thailand,General Manager for the IDS Logistics Group(Li &Fung), and National Operations Director forTNT and Project Director for Exel Logistics (AsiaPacific). Richard is also an advisor to the Boardof Directors for several large conglomerates.During his career, Richard has worked extensivelyin the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific, being responsiblefor implementing successful supply chain solutionsfor many blue chip clients around the world.Richard brings with him a firm knowledge andextensive contacts within the Global LogisticsIndustry as well as a strong understanding ofInternational sales & marketing to help ensurethat X2 Elite will be a network for the future andwill continue to add value to its members bystriving to have a competit ive edge in the

international logistics networking arena. Richard’svision is to bring an innovative and professionalapproach to the world of Logistics Networking andhe believes in identifying customers Value propositionsand delivering on them without exception.

X2 Elite will direct and assist members with thecapability to meet their customer’s requirementsand to support in effectively competing with multi-nationals using innovative marketing and otherrelated service initiatives.

All members of X2 Elite have been selected and passed our criteria checking process where onlythe most solvent and creditworthy agents are accepted as members. Continual monitoring of ourmembers performance both operationally and financially allow us to detect any potential signs oftrouble. All members are required to advise and notify X2 Elite management of any late paymentsor operational deficiencies. Notifications of such will be alerted within the member’s area andassigned to the profiles of those members.

Elite Protection Plan

Financial Security is provided by the compulsoryElite protection Plan, which protects membersagainst losses due to uncollected debts fromother members in the event of bankruptcy orinsolvency. It also covers disputed invoices,which are managed and subjected to our disputeresolution service.

X2 Elite understands the importance of minimizingrisk in business and in doing so, has completefocus on selecting only the best and mostprofessional companies .This secure structureprovides members with a safety net and allowsall members to work with one another with peaceof mind and complete financial security. X2 Eliteemphasizes clearly that this is not a credit facility.
