Rགས་�ས་འ�ོ་བ་öན་<ི་f་êས་མ>ག །Supreme hope for all in this dark age,

འཕགས་མར་འ�ད་z་མ>ག་ïན་ད‰ས་Jབ་�ལ། །I pay homage to the Noble One. Grant the common and extraordinary attainments.

can arrange. Sit in a comfortable position with a relaxed mind. Fully establish the mind in

the four foundations, taking refuge and generating bodhicitta, and engage in the deity

yoga.

My own awareness appears as a green TAM ÏཾOn top of a lotus and moon disk.

^ད་7ར་&ས་Ö་འ�ོ་’ག་"བ་པ་fiང༌། ། WÖ-ZER TRÖ-TE DRO-TRUG DRIB-PA JANG/Light radiates and purifies the obscurations of beings of the six realms,

3ལ་མ>ད་Hར་བ#ས་རང་:ད་འཕགས་མ�་Y། ། GYAL-CHÖ TSUR-DÜ RANG-NYI PHAG-MAY KU/And makes offerings to all the Victors. The light returns and I become the body of the Noble Tara,

ཞལ་གOག་Uག་ག:ས་མ>ག་Eན་Jîལ་འ�ན། ། ZHAL-CHIG CHAG-NYI CHOG-JIN UTPAL ZIN/With one face, right hand in the supreme giving mudra

མཚན་ད›་^ད་འ�་}ངས་rད་*གས་པ�་Y། ། TSEN-PE WÖ-TRÖ LONG-CHÖ ZOG-PAY KU/In the Sambhogakaya form with the major and minor marks, radiating light.

གནས་ག1མ་འ…་ག1མ་^ད་7ར་çགས་öན་&ས། ། NAY-SUM DRU-SUM WÖ-ZER CHOG-KUN TRÖ/Light radiates in all directions from the three syllables in the three places

3ལ་öན་མ�ན་བ∑�་^ད་7ར་རང་ལ་བvམ། ། GYAL-KUN KHYEN-TSE WÖ-SER RANG-LA TIM/The light rays of all the Victors’Wisdom and compassion dissolve into me.

�ས་ག1མ་བ!་ག¨གས་རང་ག8གས་ªམ་.ན་Å། །DÜ-SUM DE-SHEG RANG-ZUK YUM CHEN-MO/I become the Great Mother of all the Sugatas of the three times.

^ད་གསལ་zན་དམ་>ས་Y་བ!་བ་.། ། WÖ-SAL DON-DAM CHÖ-KU DE-WA CHE/The clear light, ultimate Dharmakaya is the great bliss.

ཐ་མལ་¨ས་པ་ãང་�ད་Uག་3་.། ། THA-MAL SHAY-PA NANG-SI CHAG-GYA CHE/The appearance and possibility of Ordinary experience is Mahamudra.

practice was compiled by Venerable Khenchen Konchog Gyaltshen

Rinpoche at the repeated requests of several practitioners, in the

Tibetan king year of 2120, rabjung 17, water bird year, the first

month, 28th day (March 20, 1993). By this virtue may all limitless

sentient beings, in the conventional level be free from all

undesirable conditions, and ultimately may they achieve the
