What is different about this year’s application process?1. All applications must be made on-line
2. All attached documents must be in Word, Excel or pdf and cannot exceed 25Mb collectively within each form
2. Five key organisational documents must be uploaded to www.govfundingpublic.nics.gov.uk
3. There are three separate application forms which cover:• Core funding• Programme• Sustainability
4. No signatures required, only a tick box to state that you agree with a set of statements

Where to Start?Register on Government Funders Database to enableyou to upload organisation documents;
1. Copy of Constitution/Memorandum of Association2. List of office bearers3. Organisation Chart4. Copy of Audited/Certified/Adopted Accounts5. Rental Agreement/Lease or evidence of ownership

will be deemed ineligible.

Additional Documents
There is no requirement to submit a Strategic Plan or Business
Plan.
Submit any outstanding Board minutes to ACNI now by e-mail
or at AFP client meetings.
Please forward or pass on any reports or documentary material
in relation to this year’s award, to your Officer, there is no
opportunity to upload these as part of this year’s application
process.

Core funding will be supported by ACNI Exchequer funding
Programming and Sustainability will be supported by ACNI Lottery funding *Once an award is made there will be no opportunity to move any funding between core and programming

Upload and Attach the following documents;
• List of all sub committees of the board• Statement of how your programme meets
ACNI strategic objectives (max 1000 words)• Detailed description of how your activity
meets AFP criteria (bullet point each sub criteria on page 6 of guidance notes)
• Detailed budget for core costs only (anything over £1,000 detailed as per usual)
• If your accounts uploaded to the Government Funding Database are not 2014/15 you must attached management accounts as at 31 March 2015
• Completed Safeguarding checklist

Upload and submit the following documents;• Detailed project description to include costs
for each element• All budget lines over £1,000 should be
broken down as far as possible• Detailed description of which elements you
would propose to cut or amend should full request not be met

Form No. 3 Sustainability Programme
This is Lottery-funded and if you intend to apply you MUST first discuss your proposal for transformation with your officer to assess its suitability under this particular element.
Whilst not an exhaustive list, measures could include:• Developing new business models• Establishing artform hubs• Exploring alternative sources of finance• Mergers/partnerships• Artform collaborations
Attach a detailed description of work and an income and expenditure budget for the project with all budget lines over £1,000 broken down.

• Deadline is Thursday 17th December 2015 at 4.00pm
• Register with Government Funders Database and upload the 5 essential documents
• All forms must be completed and submitted individually
• Only upload documents in Word, Excel or pdf format
• You must speak to your officer prior to making a bid to the Sustainability Programme
