We will have another Craft Night this week: On Friday Sept 6. We will have 4 nights this month as we get ready for the Bazaar: September – Friday Sept 6, Thursday Sept 12, Wednesday Sept 18 and Tues-day Sept 24. Please note that I may walk to the church so please come even if you don’t see a car in the parking lot.

held last week was a

Success! Over $300 was raised for the church and

local missions.

Noisy Offering Sept 29 – The Horizon of Hope

is a local outreach mission which provides

products for the needy. Approximately 20 fami-

lies each month have been provided with es-

sentials such as toilet paper, dish soap, paper

towels – goods that are unable to be purchased

using a “Bridge Card”. The Whittemore United

Methodist Church has set aside the 5th Sunday

of each month for a Noisy Offering collection to

go towards this community outreach. If you

prefer, please make a check payable to the

Whittemore United Methodist Church – with a

notation on the memo line “Horizon of Hope”.
