What facilities are available?We have a luxurious indoor heated swimming pool, bubble pool, sauna, steam room and fitness facilities, available to guests with no additional charge. To take advantage of the Spa facilities, we recommend pre-booking a great value two hour Spa Experience – just £18 per person or £30 for a couple.

I’ve never had a treatment before – what can I expect?You can expect a friendly, highly trained therapist who will explain your treatment, the benefits and answer any questions you may have. We employ both male and female therapists – please let us know in advance if you have a particular preference.

How do I book?Our treatments and Spa sessions are extremely popular, so we’d suggest booking in advance of your stay to ensure you don’t miss out. Simply call us on 01623 821033 or pop to the Spa Reception and one of the team will be happy to assist.

What do I need to bring?If you are using the Spa, we’ll provide you with a robe, a locker fob and a towel. If you’re having a treatment then please just come in whatever you are comfortable in. Underwear or swimwear can be worn during your treatment.All guests using the Spa are required to wear appropriate swimwear – unfortunately we don’t allow outer clothing or footwear to be worn inside the Spa facilities.

What if I have a medical condition or take medication?If you have had or are suffering from severe allergies, ill health, a particular medical condition or are pregnant, we advise you to speak to your GP prior to arrival to ensure you can use all of our facilities. In some circumstances we may require written confirmation from your doctor. Please contact us if you would like more information or to make us aware of any medical conditions.

Cancellation and lateness policyIf a cancellation is inevitable, we understand, however, please adhere to our cancellation policy. There is a 50% cancellation fee if less than 72 hours notice is given and for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice a 100% fee is charged. Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance are also subject to the same policy.

Spa vouchersWe have vouchers available for treatments or a specific value. Vouchers are valid for twelve months and can be purchased in person, or by phone with a card payment.

Spa etiquetteThe Spa is a tranquil area designed for all of our guests to have a relaxing, yet fun experience. Please help us to achieve this by keeping noise levels low and avoid using mobile telephones. The Spa is a non-smoking environment; please refrain from smoking on the terrace. Please do not save seating areas with towels as this prevents other guests from having a great experience. Filtered water is available in the Spa and a selection of light refreshments is available to order from the Spa Reception.
